My family and I stopped here for lunch during our stay in Broomfield since it was within walking distance of our hotel and because we know how good the food is here. We've eaten at Jason's Deli on numerous occasions in our home city of Las Vegas; I've also had the privilege of eating at Jason's Deli in Texas as well, which was my first exposure to this fast casual restaurant.
This Jason's Deli still packed a punch - definitely delivered the same quality food as what we're used to no matter the location. The salad bar is something I'll always enjoy...I'm not one of those folks that uses so much dressing to which people question my life choices or asks me, "Do you want some salad with your salad dressing?" But I do enjoy a few dollop or two more when using the Jalapeno Ranch dressing - it's just that magnificent. Otherwise, I'm just an oil/vinegar or Italian dressing type of guy.
Aside from the salad, we ended up ordering the Chicken Panini, Amy's Turkey-O, The Carmela, Tomato Basil Soup, and Mac and Cheese. Everything was made fresh and with high quality. Although, this place tends to be slightly higher in price range compared to your local McDonald's, there's a legitimate reason why...personally, I feel the price to quality/quantity ratio is reasonable.
There's one thing that I noticed about this restaurant...the tables and seats/booths weren't as clean as desired. For me, I just grab a napkin or two and wipe it, but I know others would get disgruntled over it. I will say that this is the first Jason's Deli that I've ever seen this dirty. Overall, I recommend this restaurant to everyone - you won't be...
Read moreHere's the deal as a 20 year customer. I between Lakewood and Broomfield have never written a review until today. I went to the Broomfield location which I frequently visit at least once a week. But today was not a nice visit. Now I never complain until today and I'll give you one chance to fix it. I got a beefeater that literally had less than a slice and a half of roast beef on it. I bit into a piece of roll.with cheese. Why even dip the food in the Aujus. I promise I do a lot of catering events annually, catering events and just eat here very very consistently. So this is your chance to finalize any issues, any training, any management issues you have. Do not ever send a product out from here in verifylied with a very thin one slice of meat on it again. I pay and tip you very very well as I did today and I assure you your sales will go drastically down very very quickly. I love eating here I love refflering new customers here and I do it a lot. Do not burn your customers over crappy food being sent out the door. Easy cone and easy can go. Thank you, I hope it's fixed. I will be...
Read moreI ordered the tomato basil soup (listed as vegetarian on door dash) and I accidentally swallowed a whole piece of spicy sausage thinking it was a tomato and trying to swallow it whole. It burned my throat and was disgustingly unexpected. I also got a Dr Pepper that was super watered down.
I am currently sick and I love Jason’s Deli in Fort Collins so I decided to give it another try today and order the soup at this location. Given that first experience happened yesterday I decided to call the store to let them know what happened and kindly asked they please take care of this order since I am sick and don’t want to be swallowing spicy meat right now. The guy on the phone cut me off with “okay, okay, okay” and hung up. I immediately called back asking for a manager and he claimed he was the manager. How absolutely disrespectful to hang up on a customer and not even listen to their concerns. They are cross contaminating food and what if someone had allergies!! After today I refuse to order from this...
