Order #906523. Ordered 6:24. Left Drive through 6:54. Ordered ahead online. Chose the pick up inside option. Parked in mobile parking. Website said I could pick up inside until 6:45. Waited for 10 mins watching the order tracking, then just decided to wait inside so I didn’t miss the cutoff. No big deal. All the doors were locked, the person inside just waved me away. A girl came outside the side door a few mins later after I stood there trying to find the number to call inside, wasn’t rude, but informed me I had to go through the drive through (which now was an incredibly long line) and wait for my food that was now showing ready and already paid for. I’m a patient person, so I waited. It took me 40 mins to get my already paid for, ready food. I’m a vegetarian and don’t like refried beans, so my go to is Taco Bell for the black beans. I get back to my hotel, everything is made with retired beans, even though the receipt clearly shows I ordered black bean vegetarian options through the app. No communication about not being able to pick up my order inside, and potentially being uninformed about being out of the black beans needed to make 3 out of the 5 items on my order. An hour wasted on mostly food I couldn’t eat. The absolute most terrible Taco Bell experience I have ever had. On top of that, none of the info needed to fill out the tell the bell survey. Found another way to leave a reviews on the website, filled it all out, and then it wouldn’t let me submit it....

If Taco Bell’s main objective is to make paying customers feel like an inconvenience for giving you their business, then you have achieved your mission. If your goal is to serve the lowest quality and most poorly prepared food, then kudos to you!
The food was not even luke warm. The tacos were watery! 🤢🤮 the tacos shells were stale.
The Mexican pizza shell looked and tasted burned. And…there was a giant black hair on it! My hair isn’t that long, and certainly isn’t black, so it definitely wasn’t mine!
The Taco Bell worker spoke so fast I thought he might be having a seizure or something. I could barely understand him. He handed me the bag, closed the window and walked away so fast, I couldn’t ask for extra sauce packets. I waited a couple of minutes to see if I could see someone to get their attention…nothing. I honked my horn a couple of times…nothing. I called the restaurant and the same fast talker answered the phone. I asked him to come back to the window so I could get some more hot sauce. He grunted something came back, handed me a sarcastically massively handful of sauce and kind of aggressively and quickly slid the window closed as I was telling him thank you. Read moreI went into the store for the first time yesterday, as I only have gone thru the drive thru in the past. It was the worst experience you could imagine. The whole place stunk so bad like a mixture of sewage, musty and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on. There was me and a man with his two young children, waiting to pick up our food. we both stood there for 10 minutes before anyone of the staff acknowledged us. Needless to say it was a very cold as in odd and unwelcoming environment. None of the staff was talking to each other and nobody seemed to care that we were there. It was SUCH a weird vibe in there plus couldn't get over the stench. No other customers were in there. It was so dirty as well so no wonder.! I will never return to this place again. And if everybody that orders from there can get a chance to go inside and smell that place, I guarantee you would not want to eat there. That place needs shut down again as they have before. Terrible service and I think the health department needs to go into that place...
