Waikiki POKE — Restaurant in Broomfield

When I first found this place, I was in love. Since finding it three months ago, I have been steadily disappointed more and more with each visit. Items on the menu are continuously out of stock or something is broken. Today it was the air conditioner and while the food is still sitting out, in warm open air, I witnessed bugs flying around the open ingredients. Extra bonus.. there was a sign on the same window as the food with bugs saying, all bowls will now be $1 more "due to substantial increase to minimum wages".. and ingredients. This owner is not fooling anyone! He pays their poor high school students about $10 and hr and is not increasing their pay. Sorry, your business practices are unprofessional and I'm not paying to get sick over bad sushi. New poke bowl place opened in Westminster and I'm happy to drive the extra 10 mins now. Eat at...

Came with my friend. As we chose the big size bowls, the staff was extremely not nice, not accommodating and like they were doing us a favor to even talk to us. I sense like I’m in a very hostile environment, and with every topping I asked the guy to add, he looked at me with “are you done already” face. Even the portion of everything was far from what was expected. I asked many times from the guy that helped me to talk louder and that I can’t hear him well, especially while wearing a mask, and still no accommodation from him . Ever since I serve in the army my hearing isn’t the best, and I truly felt this guy was acting like it purposely. We were the only ones there, so they could give us full attention. I’m not going to be back nor recommend this place. Disappointed...

Definitely the best place in the Boulder area. The staff is really nice (even the new ones), they really do have the best spreads, and… the portions are great!!! They also offer the miso soup, which I think is free. The fish isn’t too bad for the Boulder area… it definitely tastes frozen, like it’s lost it’s fatty flavor, but it seems to be consistent with the fish quality in the area. If you go on Friday or Saturday, the hours on google are wrong. I came at 8:05 and was sad to report that it was closed. (To the owner) I think the customer loyalty needs to improve. The rewards are so low for each purchase, it doesn’t make sense. I understand there is a desire to grab customer data to run marketing campaigns but please make it worth it for...
