I placed an order on the BWW website provided by Google Maps for delivery from the "Buffalo Wild Wings GO". Immediately after placing the order, I received two emails: one, a receipt and the other, an email stating "Uh Oh! Delivery driver had to cancel". The second email explained I needed to contact the establishment for either a refund or a discount for picking up the order instead. I called the establishment to inquire about the cancellation and was informed this place DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY (even though the option was available). I was also told the order was not received even though my card was charged. I was placed on hold while the worker spoke to a manager and after 13min of waiting on the line, the call was dropped. I did not receive a callback. Shortly after, it appears a reimbursement was issued. I hoped to retry the order again (this time through the app instead of the website). But then, as I was selecting an online exclusive deal, the app stated the location did not offer that deal anymore. I reloaded the app again and the deal was still there; I made it all the way to the checkout page.
Ultimately, after so much uncertainty, no response/explanation from calling, and hiccups in the app, I refused to take my chances with this establishment through online mediums again.
