First time there was awful no welcome no smile he (Hector)seemed bothered I asked for certain beads and he made a rude comment saying those were for children. Then broke the beads strand I wanted and tried to still give them to me with half on the floor he was too lazy to take them off properly. He was also slow with everything he did. He seemed to be making up prices in his head. He was making faces and made other rude comments. I asked for the owner he said that it was him. I could not belive it Not professional whatsoever. I gave 1 star because they have the beads I want but I don't want the horrible attitude. My friends bought beads that were overpriced and it took him 20minutes to add 3 items even tried to figure out tax was difficult for him. Hector please learn customer service and...
