Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownsville

We arrived at restaurant at 8:22pm last night to have dinner before our movie at 9:55pm. We ordered drinks, cheese sticks and wings and salad along with a pepperoni lovers so few minutes later waitress brings us drinks and salads then after that cheese sticks and wings. We even finished eating it all and time was 9:15pm then we started noticing other tables started getting there pizzas that arrived after us, and we wondered what happened so we called waitress over and ask her what happened why are other tables getting there pizzas before us when they arrived after. Her words were it was a pepperoni lovers and we were like yes she then says let me check on that runs to computer and my mother notices her inputting into computer something I was like dont tell me she forgot by this time it was almost 9:30 we had to leave for our movie, we got up to leave and pay then they charged us $50 some dollars for a incomplete meal and waitress didn’t even say a I’m sorry only don’t you want the pizza I’m like for what it’s not like I’m gonna eat it here she then says to take home I’m like you could have made it better by saying a I’m sorry not even that...

We had an amazing dine-in experience at Pizza Hut in Brownsville on Mother’s Day (5/11 at 6pm). From the moment we walked in, the entire team greeted us with a loud, warm, and energetic welcome—it instantly set the tone for a great evening. The staff worked together seamlessly and showed excellent customer service throughout our visit.

Our server, Grace, was especially wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly sharp—she took our entire order by memory without writing anything down, and got it all perfectly right. My partner, mother-in-law, and I felt genuinely cared for during our time there.

As out-of-towners, this visit left us with such a great impression of not just this location, but Pizza Hut as a whole. Thank you, Grace and the entire team, for making our Mother’s Day dinner so enjoyable. Highly recommend this location to anyone...
