Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Brownsville

I recently visited Krispy Kreme after a while! Visited since they had their BOGO offer on a dozen donuts for just 86 cents was too good to resist.

The frappuccino was deliciously refreshing and provided a nice contrast to the sweetness of the donuts. As for the donuts, I couldn't help but grab two dozens of them.

The staff at Krispy Kreme were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction during the busy rush. Despite the crowd, they managed to keep things running smoothly, and the service was top-notch.

Went to the place on Nov.9 the first week they opened. We were in line (inside) and were treated to a complimentary doughnut. It was warm and super soft. By the time we got to the cashier, we were offered a second doughnut but declined because we ordered chorizo and egg and ham and cheese kolache and an iced coffee. My friend had a hot coffee. I liked the ham and cheese kolache, the doughnuts are better than any of the other doughnut shops around, the coffee was good but not great. They have a very small parking area on the back, the line in the drive through was extremely long for 7:30 am. Dunkin donuts still has the best coffee, Starbucks is all make believe but Krispy Kreme definitely has the best...

Didn't get the name of the people helping us but I just wanna say that they gave us AWESOME customer service. The lady in front of me got a free iced coffee because it was made wrong or something but instead of throwing the drink away he offered it to the lady which was good to see..put a smile on her face. I'm from Harlingen but made the drive to Brownsville Krispy Kreme because my kids have been asking to try them out for weeks. Finally made it in and they did not disappoint!!
