Wendy's — Restaurant in Brunswick

Service was really fast, especially compared to other fast food options in the area. I would also like to give praise to the young, handsome boy in the window. I believe his name was Ethan and he was super friendly and nice. He definitely deserves employee of year and should absolutely get a raise. Overall I left feeling incredibly satisfied, more satisfied than my ex-wife, I guess that's why she left with the mailman Ron. I would say I'd be a regular but sometimes I see Ron inside ordering a spicy chicken sandwich combo and I get scared. Is he really better than me? Please respond to my texts Janice, you left your favorite nickel on the dresser and I pray to it every night hoping you'll come back. I swear I'm better than Ron, he doesn't even put his windshield wipers up during the winter. How can you know he cares about you when he doesn't even care about his windshield wipers Janice! Anyway the food good.

Why do I keep coming back here? I tell myself it's just a coincidence that I've had horrible experiences here. I love Wendy's and I want to believe I've got terrible luck, but I cannot make anymore excuses for them. Today, they forgot to give me my sandwich. Last time, they put the wrong sauce on it. The time before that, they didn't remember the dressing for a salad. The time before that, they completely forgot to give me one of the two salads I ordered, and when I went back, they gave me the wrong salad, with spicy chicken instead of grilled. I have literally never had a "normal" or "good" fast food experience here.

One fast food restaurant cannot be this bad! Advice to management: Improve your QC, create new training process, hire another manager, fire whoever can't figure out to check the bag before giving it to the customer. Until then, I will just go to Chipotle...

Ive lived in Brunswick and love Wendys as a food chain. It's one of the only fast food places i enjoy. Eating inside? Fantastic thats why theres 2 stars instead of one. But drive through? Its horrible. In the 4 times ive used the drive through i got screwed. First time my meal came without fries, second time i got mischarged, 3rd time i was told i cant use cash and card by the cashier. So i asked the manager and he said sarcastically "ill get right on retraining her cuz she doesnt know what shes doing." And the 4th time (the last ever) i was excited to try the new sawesome sauce burger. When i got it... NO SAWESOME SAUCE! It basically was just a baconater. Overall not impressed.. i kept giving more chances. But 3 strikes...
