Only issue I've noticed is when they are busy, and people who are picking food orders up for delivery apps they have had a few issues. and you really have to force an employee to communicate and help resolve the issue with the delivery person. For example my doordash order for some reason was not found in their system. An employee told me we can't find this order. I asked what can I do to help you find this. They never answered me, ignored me for 10 minutes finally I was annoyed enough to ask another employee to please check if they were able to find my order because it's been 10 minutes and idk if I should cancel or what!?! He went back and told me they are preparing your order now should be up very soon. I was relieved and said ok great Thank you.I then patiently waited another 15 minutes while other delivery orders were being brought out but not mine which was now about 25 plus minutes past the time it should of been done. I again kindly asked the cashier please sir can you ask what's going on bc it's been so long since he told me that and NO WAY it takes 15-20 minutes for 2 bowls to be made. The cashier went back there and finally brought my order out all together I was there about 30 minutes past the time I was quoted it should of been done. With that said with how many delivery and mobile orders that are purchased I really wish they figure out a better system of getting both the walk ins and online orders being completed in a reasonable amount of time. I never leave reviews anywhere but Brunswick’s Chipotle is the worst experience everytime I go and today really topped it off for me. They have the worst service I’ve ever seen. I work in the food industry and usually give people the benefit of the doubt but every single time I go in there I leave very unsatisfied. If you don’t want to work there go find something elsewhere.
Here is my experience from today: I ask for light rice no biggie usually it’s a lot for me. This girl puts a ball of white rice in it not even half a scoop of the spoon. I then ask for a little more and even apologized for asking. She then proceeds to grab the spoon and again, not even half a scoop. She then basically throws it on the counter not even in my bowl then slides it over while huffing and puffing and proceeds to the next person. They don’t even greet you they just stare at you with a blank face and wait for you to speak. Once you do speak up the look on their faces makes you feel like you were the one that did something wrong like that’s not their job to prepare your food??? Maybe chipotle needs to hire people that actually want to work and people will want to keep coming back. Read moreI’m from Medina, recently moved to Brunswick. i LOVE Chipotle, & although it has been going downhill for several years now, i’ve never felt the need to leave a review until now. This was my first time at the Brunswick Chipotle, and definitely the last. The girl who helped me, I wish i knew her name but she has glasses & curly hair; she was very rude. I get the same thing every time i go & today was no different. I asked for a chicken burrito which she put maybe half a scoop of rice on? I guess no big deal sometimes it’s too much so i didn’t complain. Then in the middle of me ordering, she stops to talk to her coworker as I was speaking. When she’s done, i ask for the rest of what i want which is; corn salsa, cheese, sour cream & lettuce. I say it, in that order, she puts the BIGGEST scoop of corn imaginable (as i’m currently trying to eat it, they made the corn salsa wrong. WAY too much lime juice) which i do love corn salsa so i wasn’t super upset, but i would assume i would have at least more rice than corn. She then proceeds to grab the biggest handful of cheese i’ve ever seen, throw it on my burrito & quickly tells me they don’t have lettuce & just wraps it up.
