Horrible experience at this location run under the most unprofessional GM!!! I used the kiosk to order my sandwich, and asked for a spread on the side. This is what I got. Since we were traveling, I called the store and prepared pics to send to ask for my $ back. Kathleen the GM picked up and proceeded to tell me I didn’t select on the side when I double checked that I did as habit now! Then she tells me I have to bring it back to get my money back because it’s company policy. This is also a lie. Nevertheless we weren’t yet too far away so I took it back. I showed her the sandwich, got no apology or any remorse.” Just ok we can make it again, and you want the spread on the side? “ I’m yah! By this time I had enough, and just wanted my money back. She went back and came back and told me she canceled it.
What?? No receipt nothing just take her word for it. After the attitude I didn’t trust this GM. I asked how long will it take to get my money back, She rudely said “I don’t know” When I pressed for a receipt she asked me to go back behind their work space to take a picture of their computer screen. Never experienced this type of behavior from a GM. Panera has no more standards. As business owner my self she would be gone...
Read moreI have went about 10 times now and the service and food is really not up to the same standards as other paneras. My first time at drive thru my soup was wrong so I walked in to explain and a very young girl had the worst attitude and told her coworker snide remarks about how I ordered wrong infront of me. No apology nothing. Just slammed the bag down and said "here!. The next few times I would get food that wasn't thoroughly cooked. After the third time of ordering the mac n cheese sandwich and have it be cold in the center I was done trying it. Finally moved onto breakfast. The souffles at every other panera come in a small square box. Here they throw it in a bag on the side and then bare hand the silverware and put it ONTOP of the food. No gloves or anything. If you get a bagel forget about it. It will be smashed into your eggs along with the plastic utensils everyone touches and cream cheese. Its feel like a taco bell training here. These may seem like small things but when 8 out of 10 times the food or service is a mess and it's cost a decent price...
Read moreI placed a delivery order which included a large soup & 2 orders of "group sized soup". Which in the description says it serves 4 people. The group soup was almost $50 alone. My order was over $100 for the 3 soups, 2sandwhices and Mac & cheese. The order fit in 1 bag. The $23 group soups consisted of 1qt of soup. A large soup is 12oz. An order to serve 4 is 32oz. So 8oz per person, a cup. No where does it say it is only a quart or 32oz. I called to inquire and was told by the manager it serves "up to 4.". No. The description says serves 4. I also asked if this was true then why would they only give you 2 tiny ramekins of cheese for the French onion soup - it "serves" 4. The bored manager could care less about customer satisfaction. I have contacted corporate hoping they will be more helpful. Also, on the receipt is a "checklist" stating that packed are 10 spoons & napkins. We didn't receive 1 napkin or 1 spoon. Definitely no value for the money spent. Next time we will go elsewhere...
