I always go to this starbucks… it’s the closest to my house and they are usually pretty fast. This morning I went in to pick up a drink and a sandwich. I placed a mobile order as I usually do, and arrived about 5 minutes later. I came into the store and my drink was immediately done, I grabbed it and sat down to wait on my sandwich. I noticed 3 other people standing near by who were also waiting. Me and 3 other customers waited 20 minutes for our hot foods to be made. I will say that the store was busy, but that does not excuse the lack of urgency to take care of the customers waiting. During the time I, and others, waited, there were multiple walk-in customers who had drinks made and orders taken before we received our food. There should be a system in place to ensure that orders are being taken care of, even if there may be customers waiting to place an order. Instead, there was 25 minutes in between when I placed my order and received it because the staff was not taking care...
Read moreStaff has been incredibly rude; I’ve been yelled at twice for reaching for my OWN order that was ON the mobile pickup tray and clearly marked with my name. I didn’t receive an apology either time after they realized it was my own order. Additionally, often liquid or sticky syrup will be on the side of the cup when you pick up in the drive thur. It’d be minor, but you have to specifically ask for napkins to clean the side of the cup. If there’s a hole in your cup, they just put a second cup underneath so your coffee puddles in the bottom cup as you drink it over the next hour or two. You feel like just another patron in their long line of coffee to make. The customer service seems to be improving a bit better but it’s still not my first choice for coffee. I’ve definitely had better experiences at different coffee shops in town.

A very angry barista rushed to come and take my order, when I asked him about the half priced Frapps offer that was going on he said it was only for rewards members. I told him I was new to the rewards app and needed some help figuring out how to pull up the offer and he rolled his eyes and said "I don't know what to tell you." There was no line and no one behind me waiting to order, so it's not like he didn't have the time to ask someone else to help me out. Not only that but my Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce was nothing but foam and wasn't filled to the top. It tasted like straight coffee and watery foam. I was so upset with the service that I just took the frapp and left. I'm really disappointed in the service at this location. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and WASTE OF FIVE DOLLARS.
