I tried eating here four different times and every time it was bad. The food wasn’t bad but the service is horrible, employees are always bickering with each other about something using inappropriate language around customers (and I’m not easily offended), the place is always unclean and if you are wearing anything that identifies you as a Christian they will go out of their way to try and insult and offend you so just be warned you will be persecuted and personally I don’t let that bother me but I know some people do so I just thought I’d fair warn you. And usually I don’t let employees bickering bother me but it gets to a point that the whole time you are trying to eat multiple employees are gathered around at tables in the customer area whining and crying about their jobs and personal problems and people they work with and drama at the trailer park, etc, etc, on every single visit I mean seriously! We all have bad days, we all work with people we don’t like, we all have personal problems and bills to pay and annoying neighbors and so forth and so on but there is a time and a place to discuss these things and while on duty at your job in front of paying customers is not the time and place! This has happened EVERY time I go in to this particular Arby’s and I hate it because I love eating at Arby’s just not while I’m in...
Read moreOh, Arby's, do you have need some work. I'm a very patient individual, most of the time. Ordered a kids meal, the number 13 and an Andes mint shake. They told me that it would be a 10-minute wait for the shake. Okay cool, so they give me my order and my shake, but the shake is wrong. I wanted the Andes mint shake, not plain mint. No biggie. So, they said it would be another 10 or 15 minutes go ahead and pull up front. Okay cool. Eating my jalapeno bites and I don't have any dip and nor did they asked me if I wanted any. Okay cool, whatever. So, about 15 minutes go by and I see people getting shakes in the lobby so I walk in and ask for my shake. He gave me a shake, but it was wrong again. It didn't have the chocolate in it, just the mints on top. Whatever, I'm just going to ignore it. Not a big deal. I get halfway home and my fire roasted Philly is just meat and cheese. Nothing else on it so, I had to turn right back around and go get the right order. get home, the fries for the baby are upside down in the bag and his ham slider is nothing but the hard grizzly butt into the ham so it's too hard for him to even chew. Now they weren't that busy. They had no one in front of me and maybe two orders behind me and one person in the lobby. Every time I go to Arby's there is some sort of mix-up. Also, lay off the...
Read moreOut of roast beef should of been a clue. Told to pull up at drive thru. 10 min later went inside to see what the problem was and they had loud music blasting curse words. They were singing and cutting up and the person in charge said what do you want. I said for starters my food. He said John you were supposed to take that out. At which time they started bagging stuff. After which the guy that took our order came around the corner and said what’s the * deal with this truck still out here. I said I’m waiting on ** food that you forgot about. They started to bag things up and realized they hadn’t even fried the mozz sticks so I said you haven’t even made the food or remembered we were there. Just refund us. They were handling the cooked food with bare hands and he even asked me what I wanted with two buns in his hands and no gloves. Complete health code violation. Then the guy making the mozz sticks realized I was refunding and he was doing his job for nothing and threw it at the trash can and walked off mumbling. Despicable people have no respect. I guess Arbys don’t want to fire the 3 people they actually have on staff. Shame they allow these things to go on. I understand short staffing but incompetent people shouldn’t...
