I recently tried the Bulgogi Beef and the Spicy Mayo Chicken, and both were flavorful and filling. It's hard to beat the generous portion sizes of the bowls. You'll get your money's worth. I also added a fried egg to the bulgogi bowl and a side of kimchi. I'm eager to try another item from the menu! Canned and bottled drinks are also available. The staff was friendly and prepared my order promptly, even during the lunch rush. Indoor dining is limited to a few tables and counter seating by the window. I got my order to go, so it wasn't an issue. The interior is also clean and well-lit. The parking is a big challenge, as there are a few other good businesses in the small plaza. There are a couple of stalls reserved for BBQ+Rice, but the rest is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking spaces are also small, so be careful maneuvering in the lot. However, there is residential and larger lot parking nearby, which I've used in the past. This won't stop me from a return visit!

Food quality is good. The shiitake mushrooms are beautiful, meat portion is fair. The presentation is gorgeous It was 2 specific parts of my experience that just tainted the whole thing for me. They will not under any circumstances give you a cup of water if you are eating in. To refuse a paying dine-in customer a cup of water is a little harsh. No Spoons. I am wondering when they were little and when umma or halmonni brought rice bowls to the table... did they really get refused a spoon?!!! As a korean, I am floored that I was almost made to feel that it was ridiculous that I was asking for a spoon. You will not find a spoon in this place and I'm really kinda vexed on that one... like.. WHAT?!?! To me, it's just an odd corner to cut. Spoons are happiness:) The place is clean. Cozy place, minimal seating. The staff are great. The food quality is great. The portion is appropriate. Owner is super responsive and kind.

Tried BBQ + Rice in LA, but so glad it's near home now!! The owner / employees are so welcoming and kind!! I got the Bulgolgi (beef) and asked them to make it spicy, my partner got the Spicy Pork and then we ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and house made pickled cucumber - everything was delicious!!! Their seating area was very clean! It wasn't too busy as it was about 30 mins prior to closing and the staff even came out to talk! everyone is soooo kind!! We wish them the best and much success with their business opening! First day of business was Thursday, May 22, 2025. Current hours are 11am-9:00pm daily, except closed Sundays. This could change depending on how business picks up! Go visit and enjoy the food!!
