Subs & Grub | Sandwiches & Catering & Salads — Restaurant in Cypress

Without a doubt I can say that Subs N Grub is one of my favorite sandwich places. I've been going there even before the current owners, when it was off of Lincoln Ave. The current owner is so friendly, as is her daughter and employees.

The sandwiches are delicious. My go-to is the Turkey Bacon Avocado Cheese with everything on it, you can't go wrong with that. I've tried a few others and they are just as good. I think it is the bread that really makes the sandwich. It is light and fluffy and soaks in all the delicious goodness from the sandwich. The sandwiches are prices fairly and are good sized. I normally get a large and eat half right away and half later.

Their sides are very good too. I normally get the macaroni salad. It's great, with not too much mayonnaise. They have a large selection of specialty sodas and chips as well.

Make sure to call ahead and order your sub to avoid the lunch rush as all these subs are handmade to order. My only complaint is that they are not open longer and every day :( But I guess they need days...

Best sandwich place in town and surrounding areas. By far. Subway, Togo's, Quizno's... all suck compared to Subs. Awesome cupcakes too.

I stopped by for a classic TBAC last week since I was in the area for a job interview. I met the new owner, a delightful and fascinating young woman who, in the long-standing Subs n Grub tradition, slings a scrumptious sammie! I used to work for my family business across the street, and I'd go here all the time. Since the owner of that business retired I hadn't been in a couple years. Super glad I stopped by! Subs and Grub has been my favorite sub-shop for over 35 years. It started on Lincoln Ave. and Denny, (I Believe), Owned and operated by a super nice Korean-American, out of work engineer and his wife, and they made the best Tuna or Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Sandwiches, and the subsequent owners, ( 2 that I'm aware of ), have kept the faith and the quality up to my standards, which are extremely high, as I enjoyed the OG subs. Alas, I sold my business in Cypress, so I don't get over that way enough to fulfill my Turkey, Bacon, Avo. and Tuna, Bacon, Avo. Joneses......
