My review is based on the customer service and quality of the food. I ordered the asada nachos, and a carnitas torta. The carnitas tasted fresh and soft perfect texture for me . I had a bite with out the salsa and it was good but I highly recommend adding there red sauce! Green one is good but the red one is packed with flavor and a nice little kick! Nachos were good as well with plenty of sour cream and guac. The meat to chip ratio passed the test as I hate winding up with little meat and heavy on the chips. The staff on site was good as well especially the man with a cool mustache and shaved head I didn't get his name but he was super attentive and made sure everything went smooth. The torta was like 10 nachos were like 10 and we got 2 glass bottles drinks so total was like 28 ish bucks with tax included. Alot of people complain about the price but we live in California and inflation is doing a number on us prices don't surprise me for the quality, location, and service. Super clean restaurant with what looks like a newly built shop. I'm definitely coming back but for the tacos as I didn't get...

I had some tacos from a work lunch day from the Orange location. They were excellent and I was happy there was a location closer to my home in Fullerton. I got the exact same thing and I was sorely disappointed. The carnitas tacos didnt have the green sauce on top, extra heavy on the onions and the oily sauce was horrible. 1/5 stars. The el pastor tacos were bland. Unlike the ones from the Orange location. 2/5 stars. The Rice was the same 4/5 stars The salsa bar I got one of each as i wanted to try them all. Mild was decent, flavor was washed down for some reason 3/5 Medium was good 4/5 Creamy Chipotle sauce was horrible. The Orange location was amazing! Full of flavor, taste and a nice kick. This location was way too smokey flavored which drowned out the other flavors. 2/5 stars.

Overall, this location either had a bad chef that day or the Orange location is just that much better. I will not be going back to this one anytime soon. I'd rather travel the distance and go to the other location. Avoid!

Staff was good, restaurant was clean and inviting....

I'm always up for a new place especially if the focus is on the food. This makes it convenient if the place is small because the food can be taken out and enjoyed without losing the feel of the place. That is important here because it is smaller and could be crowded easily.

The variety is small but that is not necessarily a negative. That means they combine what they have without going outside the core which in this case is the meats.

The meats are well prepared, and do not need a lot of sauces or additions to make them satisfying. There is a area for sauces that can help but not necessary with the basic taco or burrito.

The main drawback here is the beans, I am kinda judgy about the refried beans and here they dont cut it. Bland and just filler. The other thing is the staff did not seems enthused to be there. So why should I be?

So, grab some tacos, skip the beans and take it to go.
