Their awful I ordered food and drinks they didn’t cover up my drinks right then I made a huge complaint I’m also a restaurant manager and I don’t fight back with my customers they where fighting back with me because I was complaining about their horrible work you just don’t serve a customer what you want you give them what they want and that’s it customers are always right not even if they ain’t right make them feel right that’s how your business will grow no wonder why your restaurant never grows not only do you guys do an awful job but you guys also have roaches last time I ate there I had to point that out to everyone your lucky I didn’t report your restaurant that time but now I will report it I ain’t Going to let you treat other customers the way you want that’s money we are paid and you guys eat from it. I went through the drive-thru service was quick. Pricing was fair. I paid for carne asada nachos with everything minus the jalapenos. I literally asked them which was the freshest meat they had on hand. They said beef the asada their nachos were okay but the beef was disgusting. The beef had a chemical smell/ aftertaste to it. I had to pick all the meat off of my nachos. I wouldn't be coming back here again and they wouldn't get this. I recommend going elsewhere. Also, on the drive-thru window sign they have several notices saying that they won't refund if you don't like the food or if the food is too spicy etc. Which I thought was super odd but now after tasting these nachos now I understand why they have to post stuff like that because their food is disgusting. I've visited here on different days went with friends & some days by myself, but not continuously. Very disappointed with service, prices & amount of food. Menudo is tasteless & served on a tiny plate with almost no broth & no salt...tastes like water. Place has changed since the previous owner..clean is the only good thing here..they give food with an attitude, pricey & the amount of food is not even closely fair for what you pay for.
