I used to love this location and now I’m giving up on going here. Want a hot latte? They’ll let you pay for it and then tell you that they can only do an iced latte Or are sold out of the ingredient to make what you ordered. I think you’re gonna order ahead so that you can grab it quickly and head to work? Doesn’t matter if the drive-through is empty, you’re still gonna wait 10-15 minutes For the most basic single item drink order. Why does it take 10 minutes for an item that has three ingredients? Such a waste of money. If I’m gonna pay seven dollars for an item, you should have it or at least tell me you don’t have it before I spend the money and then I’m left to just accept whatever alternative you decide to give me. Seriously, disappointing. I never make complaints about food businesses because I know how that goes. Horrible service, I was given a random assortment of Munchkins (donut holes) which included a few with nuts on them that I wasn’t aware of. My partner ended up having an allergic reaction from the cross contamination. I have friends in food service and they were shocked the staff didn’t say anything, as they never would have chosen random donut holes with nuts without notifying the customer.

I went back the next day to let them know that they need to inform people of the allergens or else more people are going to get hurt and they were awful about it. They blamed me for not asking and wouldn’t even say that they would try to do better in the future. That’s what bothered me the most, it’s so disappointing. It’s an easy change to make that takes a second of their time to notify folks of the nuts, and it keeps...
