Notre Dame 2025 football is the absolute standard of dominance, poise, and all-around greatness—and Panorama on Seven is the exact same thing but in restaurant form. You walk in and it feels like the Irish running out of the tunnel at South Bend. The energy is electric, the view is unreal, and the food? Let me tell you—it’s a Marcus Freeman game plan on a plate. I started with the Romaine Caesar, and I swear it had the crisp crunch of a Benjamin Morrison pick-six. Perfectly dressed, bold but not overdone, like CJ Carr dropping a 40-yard dime in stride. Then came the Gem Salad, which was sneaky good—like Jordan Faison catching everything thrown his way. Balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, the kind of thing that humbles defenses and your taste buds at the same time. And then…the Bucatini Carbonara. Listen, this wasn’t food, this was a Heisman campaign. Creamy, rich, salty perfection, with pancetta coming in hot like Xavier Watts blitzing the quarterback. Every bite had the swagger of Notre Dame putting Miami in their place. And the mixed drinks? Absolute fire. Smooth like Jeremiah Love breaking through the line, quick to hit like Jaden Greathouse off the snap. By the second round, I was convinced the bartender was running a spread offense—fast-paced, versatile, and undefeated. Panorama doesn’t just feed you, it recruits you. It’s the 5-star program of rooftop dining, the kind of place that could line up against Georgia or Alabama and walk out with a win. Every detail, from the service to the plating, is dialed in like Marcus Freeman on a headset, and the whole night felt like I was watching the Irish win the natty. If you’re not eating here, you’re basically rooting for USC—and nobody wants that. Panorama on Seven = Notre Dame Football 2025: elite, disciplined, dominant, funny in how unfairly good they are. The view, the vibe, the food, the drinks—it’s all touchdowns, all grit, all glory. Panorama is the national champion of Buffalo...

Long: My friend and I have been here twice now, first for a birthday and this latest time for my first Bills game. This time we had Nichole, who was super attentive and really went above and beyond to give advice about what to do and traffic around Highmark.
The focaccia rotates, but whatever they put in it is incredible; we got roasted red pepper. It's huge and very filling, so for us two it needed a to go container. My friend loves octopus and gets it everywhere, so of course he got the octopus appetizer, and he says it's in his top 5--tender, fresh, and incredibly sauced that soaked up beautifully with the bread. He also got the carbonara, which was so creamy and smoky. Last time, I got the fish special, which was suggested by the super friendly Turkish waiter whose name escapes me (I think starts with an M).
This time, I got the pork chop. It's really flavorful, inspiring food. It's one of my new favorite special places to go because of the great people, wonderful food, and incredible view.
Save room for dessert, because it's really delicious and impressive. We've gotten seasonal passion fruit tart (some of the best we've ever had) and the chocolate mousse dome. Very fancy, very grammable, not too sweet.
Only gripe is how to get there the first time and the parking, which we're still trying to figure out (I'm a bit grouchy to pay for parking, and I'm not certain they validate). The first time, we went to the wrong hotel. Both times, we just drove around for a bit and parked on a street, but it was harder this time since the Sabres game was the same time.
Best idea to make a reservation, but we've been late before since we come from Rochester, so be sure to call to let them know if that's...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience.
Act 1. Once our entire party arrived, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come over to us. Drink orders were taken and it took well over 20 minutes for drinks to be served. We had to get up and tell someone we were ready to order.
Act 2. The Soup. 5 of us ordered soup, but only 3 of us were served our soup until we had to make 2 complaints to get the final 2. One of these took over 10 minutes to get after the complaints. Most of the soups were also cold.
Act 3. Terrible Entrees. A burger ordered medium was not just well done, but burnt. An entree ordered with a salad was served fries. The turkey bacon blt was... Lunch meat. One was sent back. The other 2 had burnt rock hard bacon. Buns for sandwiches were so dry they fell apart.
Act 4. A Manager Arrives. We requested several times to speak to a manager and were informed there were no managers available until 3pm. Fortunately the wait for everything was so long that 3pm came and went very easily. The manager to his credit was very apologetic and wanted to know every detail about what issues happened and issues with each order.
Act 5. A Decent Dessert but Most Things Still on the Bill. Also the Flowers Were Stolen.
One of our party was celebrating her birthday and Gracie our server brought out 2 fabulous pieces of sponge candy cheesecake. However, before our party left, flowers that were on the table were... Taken. While there was some adjustment to the bill, given the myriad of issues we were expecting a bit more recompense.
Incredibly slow service, awful dining experience, rock hard meat. For the price and location, you'd expect more. A local diner would've done much much better....
