I would never ever go to this establishment again. My husband and I stayed at the courtyard Marriott for an overnight stay for the first time since our baby was born...we went to pizza planet for a drink and a late night snack. The bar tender cut my husband off after one drink and was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager who came to our table to apologize. My husband and I are 32 and 33 years old. We are parents. We were in no way shape or form intoxicated. A 20 something year old manager came to our table to apologize. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant before. There is absolutely no professional courtesy at this establishment at all. I have never wrote a review before...I work in the legal field and will be writing a letter to the legal department of pizza plant. My husband and I have never felt so degraded in a public place. How we were treated completely ruined our whole night out which is really sad because as parents we don't get very many nights out to enjoy ourselves. This establishment needs to be either closed or run by better managent.

A review should not be used as a means to justify the wrong doings of your employees, nor should it be used to attack an unsatisfied customer. im finally getting a chance to write a review for my experience that occurred a few months ago. i am a vegetarian of 8 years, and i loved all of the veggie-friendly menu options. my dad and i decided to stop by for a quick dinner before a sabres game. i ordered a pizza with veggie chicken on it. after a bit of a wait, my pizza came out. after the first bite, i immediately knew something was wrong. i inspected the "veggie" chicken and realized i was served real chicken. i even had my dad try a piece to make sure, and he agreed that it tasted real. i tried to call the waitress over, but couldn't get her attention for 10mins. when i brought the issue to her attention, she assured me it was the veggie chicken, and i asked her if she could confirm it with the kitchen. she brought it to the back, and we didn't see her for another 10mins, when she confirms that it was in fact real chicken!! i was offered another pizza to be made, and waited again, ~10mins. by this point, my dad had already finished his food, and we were going to be late to the sabres game. my new pizza comes out, with the actual veggie chicken this time, and our somewhat-apologetic waitress comes back to offer a $5 discount on the check. we didn't have time to argue, or negotiate for at LEAST a free pizza, since they not only messed up the order, but seriously delayed my meal. looking back, this experience was deeply disappointing. i know it can be hard to accommodate different diets, but had this been an allergen, this could've severely harmed someone. i hate to be a complainer, but i wanted to share my experience so hopefully it doesn't happen to others. pizza plant, if you see this, i would still appreciate a...

Went with my daughter before the Sabres Canadiens game. We were seated quickly at about 5:30 pm with lots of time. About 10 minutes later (not exaggerating times for effect) another couple was seated beside us. Ten minutes later again a waitress came but and took their drink order. It was at least 10 more minutes for the waitress to return with their drinks. At this time she took their order. 30 minutes have passed. As she was about to leave with their order I said excuse me and she replied I will find your server. She returned a few minutes later and said that my server was busy so she would be my server. At that time she took our drink and meal order. It was now about 6:05. Our meals came in a reasonable time, about 15 minutes after ordering(approx 6:20) when she placed the food down she apologized to the customer beside us that ours was ready first. To which I replied, “actually we were here first.” Then she replied “well then it all worked out. 😳

We both had a burger and fries(no pickle as stated on the menu)☹️

We both had so few fries that I actually took a picture and counted them (24 including the little fry pieces you always get). See picture. As we were finishing our meals in a hurry to get to the game she brought the meal to the couple beside us.
