E-Cafe — Restaurant in Buffalo

This place is AWFUL!!! The service SUCKS, and people are rude! Went on a Friday for lunch and waited 35 mins for 2 sandwiches, as we stood watching others after us get their meal. The manager I assume realized our frustration and gave us two free meal passes to come back. Nice gesture, but after eating our sandwich that was NOT good we decided we would NEVER return. The potato salad though is pretty amazing. So against my better judgement I returned on Monday to just get a side of potato salad to go. Yet again I waited over 13 mins, for a TO GO SIDE of potato salad. When I asked how long It gonna be, the cashier approached some guy making sandwich who's response was she can wait...like really??? I already waited 13 mins. AWFUL...so unless you enjoy basic tasting sandwiches and have time to waste, I would clear of this place. The 2 free meal passes went to...

A co-worker recommended this restaurant to me. I ordered my food, and I was never instructed to take a number nor did I see the numbers. I distinctly remembering the employee telling me where to tap my phone before turning to another task. She NEVER told me to take a number. I wasted over 35 minutes waiting for my food, which they gave away to the wrong customer. I then had to wait an additional 8/10 minutes for them to REMAKE my food without apologizing or even offering any kind of compensation. Shockingly poor customer service. I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for a simple order. Would not recommend based on this experience alone. My food seemed thrown...

Tucked away inside of the Social Security building this is a fantastic place to eat breakfast.

I can’t speak for anything else because I’ve not eaten anything but breakfast.

I had the slam or whatever it’s called that has everything including their French toast.

Their French toast made me cry because it’s just like my mom’s, which is a savory French toast. It’s just the eggs mixed up with Salt and pepper and the bread is soaked and fried in butter!

I better get the fat pants out.
