Seriously bad and incompetent staff. Ordered online. Not only is it never ready when they say it will be but the guy told me unless its on their menu they can't do it. I showed him how I was able to order it through their menu online and how it was on their menu in store and he had no explanation for why they didn't and wouldn't make it the way I ordered it: just that they wouldn't use the sauce I wanted. This was already 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they still hadn't even put my pizzas in the oven. I use different pizza huts at least once a week and never have a problem getting what I order on time. When my order was finally ready (30 minutes late!) I asked to have the manager ring me up as the guy working the register (William) was already giving me attitude because I asked why he was continuing to stop what he was doing to take the order for every new person that came in the door rather than getting the orders ready that were already overdue (because this kept making my wait time later and later). So the manager, James, came to ring me up. I asked if there was something he could do to apologize for the experience like an order of bread sticks or discount on my order. He just started giving me excuses about being short staffed etc and actually said to me that he was proud it was only half an hour overdue!!! Eventually he gave me a $5 discount on my $35 order which was A) not nearly enough to make up for their customer service and B) something he should have offered without me having to ask rather than make excuses and tell me that he was happy they were "only half ab hour behind". I ordered a med supreme pizza with spinach and 2 garlic sauces-which you have to pay for so basically they stole 2.00, the money is not the issue but if they do that to 20 orders a night that is 40.00 + tax x 7 days 280.00 a week pure profit (pathetic) . Pizza had no sauce was dry and over cooked, no garlic sauce. I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up, I didn't know order was wrong tell he got home. I called to complain, ended up at a call center and was told manager from spring branch would call in 10 min, over 40 min later I called back and was told they were busy and couldn't call back ok wrong answer (this was a call center not spring branch store) asked to speak with the manager/supervisor when that airhead got on the line she actually asked me what I expected her to do about it. Again today, Maria was the DoorDash driver, and she didnât even bother to call to find us. And thereâs just picnic tables sitting out here randomly. So she just decided to put it on a pick table and take a picture with the back end of an RV.
All the RVs in 281 have a front door also have stairs that you can walk up to on the front door and there are stairs or decks where you can leave the pizzas⌠We are all starting to go to Papa Johnâs now 281 RV Park. They are giving us discounts because of all the crap we go through with Pizza Hut. And them using DoorDash. The DoorDash drivers donât care because they still get paid and they still get the tip that we left them when we paid out for our pizza.
