For years I have been eating Subway sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed ordering my favorite, my way. A small tuna on honey oat bread with all the fixings I like. Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, all were delighted to make my sandwich without any problems until, I ordered it at the WalMart Bulverde/Spring Branch location. I was told they would only make it on French white or wheat bread. Not what I like. I left that location and went to the other location and got what I wanted. Next day I wrote a complaint on line and recieved an email from the owner, Sarah Hilbig. She was not at all concerned about my problem but to my surprise, complained about the other Subway serving me what I asked for. That is when I learned she owns both locations and proceeds to tell me she would reprimand them. And so she did, as a week later when I went to the other location for my sandwich, they too refused to put it on honey oat bread. I had to drive to New Braunfels to get my sandwich. I contacted the corporate office who couldn't believe Sarah Hilbig wouldn't serve me the honey oat bread. They said they had a policy of not serving tuna as a small sandwich but no policy regarding the type of bread. They also said that the owner has the ability to make exceptions but couldn't understand why honey oat was a problem. So, I am now forced to drive a long distance to get the sandwich I want from Subway owners who value their customers requests. Oh and one more thing. The logo for Subway along with this statement is written across the back of the workers shirts "MAKE IT WHAT YOU WANT:" That is unless the store is owned by...

When I told the young girl that I wanted a foot-long flatbread sandwich, she just blankly stared at me, and then walked out of view. No acknowledgment.
When the young guy came over, he just stared at me. I told him I wanted a foot-long sandwich on flatbread. No response, he finally gets the bread after he puts the rack away and moves some other stuff around all without acknowledging me. Then he throws the ham on the sandwich in a lump and proceeds to put cheese on top of it. When I asked him to spread it out, most of the meat is at one end, and one piece is on the other end. I asked him again to straighten it out. He acted like I asked him to change my tire.
I informed both of them that if they hated the job so much, they shouldn’t work here. Do they realize that Customer Service is their job?
Went to Jimmy John’s where I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello; also a suggestion on my order and a complete sandwich that wasn’t jacked up. Oh, I also had a free sandwich on my rewards card, which they pointed out to me.
This Subway is so hit or miss with its service that it’s just not worth it to me anymore. I work hard and I don’t appreciate being treated this way when I’m coming into an establishment to spend my money.

They always forget something, this time it was the bacon, if it wasnt $2 I wouldnt care but come on. This is why we dont go to this location anymore.
Update: After not going here for a while we decided to try it again, big mistake! They got our order wrong, again, and the employee wants to roll his eyes about it at us?! After we had to listen to his yelling match with another customer whose multiple sandwiches they got wrong, we finally got our order remade correctly. So ordering ahead to save time was basically pointless…. Oh and the coupons never work at this location. If i want Subway ill drive the extra 5-10 minutes to a different location at this point.
P.S. if youre going to complain about the wage rates where you work, maybe try to at least do your job correctly?
After writing this review I open my food and theres bugs crawling around! Took a video for proof!!! Absolutely...
