I went to the drive thru. On 6/16/2023 at 11:57pm, long story short I was placing an order I was politely already waiting because the drive thru guy told me to wait when I was about to pay for my food I wanted to change my chessy regular gordita to the nacho one…. And the guy at the register told me that I should have told him when I was ordering at the window he already had attitude and I was calm and respectful and he was being rude. To the point he had an attitude and said he wasn’t going to change my gordita because they had already made the gordita……..so I wasn’t able to change my gordita I use to work at tacobell that is the worst answer you can give to a customer….. and I was upset because he was making a big deal…. When simply could have just fix the problem…. Bad bad customer service if it wasn’t for my husband speaking up for me to the cashier he would have not change my food!!! So in other words he only change my food because of my husband not for me as a customer.!then the taco was very cold the portions were even correct!!! The guy on my receipt was name Joaquin… if that was even his name but he has glasses and a small tattoo on the side of the arm….. Read moreI am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this Taco Bell, where I have been a loyal customer for several years. I stopped by to purchase a single taco, but fell short by 26 cents. The employee's behavior was rude and unprofessional, and he delayed other customers over this minor amount. Furthermore, he inaccurately stated that Walmart would not allow a similar courtesy, which I can attest is untrue based on my experience working at Walmart, Burger King, Ralley's, and El Pollo Loco. As an assistant manager at the Galaxy, I have never witnessed such behavior. I am bringing this to attention because it is unfair. As a taxpayer who has spent thousands of dollars at this Taco Bell, I believe it is reasonable to expect better treatment. The manager should address this issue with the employee or review the video footage on customer service! Read more100% the worst experience I have had an ANY food place. We walked in, placed our order at the kiosk, and waited, and waited, and waited....There were at least 7 drive thru cars that were served before we were, and we were there loooong before they even entered the drive thru. Someone needs to speak to the staff about the first come, first serve rule. No one wanted to make eye contact with me or communicate why it was taking SO long. We ordered from the kiosk at 8:24pm and got our order at 8:38pm. Unacceptable. On top of that we asked for no cheese sauce and replace with regular cheese. Do you think that was done? Very disappointed. I do not recommend this location, unless you like your order wrong and have a lot of time and patience...
