THIS LOCATION IS DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE AND I'VE MANY TIMES OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. EVERYTIME, AND I MEAN EVERYTIME, I GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY MESS UP MY ORDER OR THE COMPUTER DOESN'T WORK! I CAN ORDER ON DOORDASH OR IN-STORE AND THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER OR LEAVE SOMETHING OUT - LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME. THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT INSIDE TO ORDER THE COMPUTERS DIDN'T WORK - I'M NOT JOKING! THE COMPUTERS COULDN'T TAKE ORDERS OR ACCEPT MY CARD. THEY EVEN INSTALLED SELF CHECK OUT KIOSK IN THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF HOW "SLOW" SOME OF THIS LOCATIONS EMPLOYEES ARE AND EVEN THE SELF CHECK OUT KIOSK DIDN'T WORK. I LITERALLY HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ORDER THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THE COMPUTERS DIDN'T WORK. THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT HERE THE EMPLOYEES TRIED TO RESET THE COMPUTERS WHEN THEY COULDN'T TAKE MY ORDER AND BOTH TIMES THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT WORKING. Sadly every time I order more than an single meal there is something missing or just wrong. Today I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy 6.99 it was missing. I ordered an extra coleslaw it was missing and requested a chicken thigh...by itself. I was given a chicken breast not a thigh. This has been a consistent problem at this store. The North Hollywood store never does this, the Pasadena store with a drive thru doesn't have this problem. But the store in Burbank continues to give me.the wrong items or skips them completely. The cost of eating out has gone up so much and I really love the food but because of this issue I would never order using uber eats. Always check your bag before leaving the store of you get more than two items! Other than that I would give them 5 stars. Its clean, easy to park and pretty fast to get the food ready. Maybe they need to slow down and check...

The person on the phone told me since it was Uber who picked up my order, they have no way to verify if āthat was trueā... so they basically accused me of lying about it! When I asked to talk to the manager they said she wasnāt in. So I asked for the managerās name. She told me she didnāt know it. I asked if there was an Asst Manager I could talk to, and she said there wasnāt one working. I asked who was in charge, she sighed, got defensive and said āhold onā. The person who came to the phone, refused to tell me her name, but told me they canāt do anything, but said I could call and ātalk to Mary in the morningā, but it probably wouldnāt help because they have no way of knowing if I actually got what I ordered, or if the Uber driver screwed up.
NEVER AGAIN will I ever order from this...
