I have lived in Burbank all of my life and I am so glad this cafe opened! This is now my favorite place to go for lunch. The crab sandwich is my favorite thing on the menu. If you haven’t tried it already you must. The ciabatta bread is the best I have ever had and it is always soft and fresh with a crispy outer layer. The crab mix is delicious, and incredibly fresh. If you enjoy eating California rolls you will definitely love this sandwich. The boba itself is not over cooked or under cooked but instead it has a perfectly chewy texture that I’ve only ever had in Taiwan before (the homeland of the boba). Stopped in to TK Cafe this Saturday afternoon at 4pm had a fantastic crab salad on arugula - and a jasmine boba - both were delicious and fresh! I had the boba at 50% sweetness and it was right on target. Then the owner suggested we try the cheesecake which I had Oreo topping and it was amazing! The restaurant is super clean and has real plants throughout giving a beautiful environment to eat. The owners clearly put a lot of effort and quality into the restaurant.
