Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Burien

What are you know I was spending other people's money yesterday but to me I mean I don't want to waste people's money on pizza that's not even good I mean we were puzzled cuz we haven't had a pizza like this ever I mean I've never had a pizza soggy on the bottom and it was raw on the bottom so I wasn't even cooked you know it wasn't good I mean it was okay because I put sun-dried tomatoes on it if I hadn't and probably wouldn't have been edible anyway I thought it was very bad that you know a reputable company like yours is just going to throw you know just throw like you know 2 lb of sauce on there and call it good I mean basically it was sauce and the sun dried tomatoes and a few toppings we we can find any keys to tease was was unfindable. I really wouldn't waste my time coming here I actually had some frozen pizza DiGiorno that was almost as good as this so that's pretty bad when frozen pizza is almost as good as what these guys are trying to feed me for 20 bucks a pop I mean 25 for the one that was on sale so yeah. This store is horribly staffed. The last time I came in this store, I placed an order online for pick up to pay upon arrival, and when I got there the store had two kids in there running like headless chickens and a store full of unhappy people, and when I got to the counter the kid practically threw the pizza at me and called the next person, WITHOUT ME PAYING. This was obviously due to being understaffed and trying to handle the crowd, I was able to pay but nevertheless. Then, tonight, I order the pizza to be delivered for an event I’m having with friends, with cookie dough as well. The driver did not receive the cookie dough from the store, he said he’d go back and get it, never came back. I called the store four times, it rang about a minute and a half the first three times, then on the fourth the store HUNG UP ON ME. That’s actually insane. I understand it’s Halloween and it’s busy, but what kind of company has their store so understaffed on Halloween that someone can’t answer the phone for 2 freaking minutes?? That’s actually insane. Quality here is horrible. Way over sauced and never get the toppings right, even when you pay for extra toppings, they will get them wrong, skimp, or forget them all together. Owner/manager is unprofessional, rude, flat out bad and shady business owner. Our entire order was wrong so we called the night it happened, “Ruby” (who made the pizzas) said a refund would come automatically the next day and a manager would be calling us the next day. Next day comes, no call, no refund, so we call the store and wait on hold to be told no refund will be given by “Blake” the manager. Even argued that the quality control is great there. That’s laughable. We had the worst experience thus far, and even times before were bad. Now we won’t be back. Ever. Horrible customer service and horrible management.
