I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I love supporting local businesses, and I’ve noticed The Pho place doesn’t seem to be doing very well. I placed a to-go order for two combination broken rice plates and made one specific request: extra fried onion—the only ingredient on their entire menu that brings me back. I even emphasized it over the phone. After paying at the counter, I checked my order and saw only 3–5 small pieces of fried green onion. I asked if that reflected my special request. The server was very kind and brought the food back to the kitchen, explaining my request. Then, a girl in a black shirt inside the kitchen picked up the bowl and added about 1/3 of a spoon of the fried onion, all while giving me a heavy, judgmental look. I told them I’d be happy to pay if needed, but I was specifically here for that ingredient. The server continued trying to help, but the same kitchen girl looked at me like I was robbing her just for repeating the request. There wasn’t a single other customer in the restaurant on a Saturday at noon, but somehow making their only customer happy was too much to ask. I couldn’t help but wonder if whatever’s left of the fried onion becomes part of her income—and I was asking for too much. To be clear, the servers were great. Even though the food isn’t excellent, I would’ve come back for the good front-end service and to support a new restaurant. But after that strange and unpleasant attitude from the kitchen, I have no desire to come back. I’m not going to pay and beg for food.

Ok I found my new phone spot!! the Pho is so so good. I have been looking for a place with solid pho for a while now and even though there is a wealth of choice in this area, the pho is a cut above the rest. It had such succulent chicken! I’ve literally never it so well done like that before. The noodles were great. The broth was so so rich and the service is outstanding. My husband had the bun bo hue and we could not get enough of that deeply umamiladen broth. The only thing that threw us for a loop was the chicken wings which were battered and fried? That was unnecessary and was hoping for a fish caramel sauce sort of preparation but outside of that wow we just kept raving about it as we were eating it. I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned it yet, but the Vietnamese iced coffee was next level, I have never had it so good in the states to date. A new favorite of mine for sure. What was really cool was the ambience is really beautiful and the seating is comfortable and again the service is top-notch. Will definitely eat here again. Telling everyone about it.

First time customer, and last time customer. This is some of the worst Food I've ever been served, I had the pork vermicelli bowl and some spring rolls, both were very very bad. The spring rolls smelled as if the shrimp had turned, I gagged when I brought it up to my face. Inedible and disgusting. The pork vermicelli Bowl was bizarre and a little off-putting, the pork itself looked as if they took bacon and dyed it orange. The pork was pretty flavorless but the cucumber tasted a bit old and slightly rancid/ decayed. I didn't get any more than a couple bites into it when my stomach flipped. The people working there were super polite and the vibe was pretty mellow. Will not be back.

I wish I could give half so it would be 3.5 stars. So my take on the broth, was sweeter than I like so I give 3 stars sweeter isn't my thing however it is well seasoned. I ordered the large beef, tendon and flank. The amount of meat is great, the noodles were a little stocked together hard to separate, the flank and beef were delicious and juicy however the tendon was too hard and chewy. I love the fact that they have lots of spicy sauces including the original Sriracha. They give you the cups of water which are like stainless steel which keeps the water cold for a longer time.

And there's a bottle of water on the table to help yourself as you eat you hot/warm delicious pho. My husband ordered the barbecue chicken which came with a full large tigh barbecued a little salad, white rice and soup (broth which we think is pho, he agreed the broth was a little too sweet) My husband gives this dish 4 stars "it was good" he says and it did look very appetizing.

The service was nice a little bit slow but it was the end of the day. They were not terribly busy and a large family showed up at 9pm (closing time) and they didn't even flinch they sat them very cordially I may add.

The atmosphere is nice and clean. I really appreciate this since many pho places can look not only dingy but also dirty looking. Well this place is not!

I can see though parking could be a problem in the future since they are next to the Ross store and many more businesses.

I will come back and try other delicious looking dishes and decide if my 3.5 rating is correct or they knock my socks off with their other dishes in...
