It alright not the same, cold food, no temperature checks daily, small portions with high prices, especially $1.25 extra for Honey walnut shrimp 4pcs and Angus Black steak tiny bit sizes, especially take out. Spend awhole lot for small portions. Next notice if your friend of the employee that work their shifts they have large portions and free fortune cookies. Brought our grandchildren and they all had a piece. Notice one couple they had a handful, like they giving candy. They talk awhole lot, found out they knew each other because my children ask the couple. Pretty much if your Asian, or Hispanic or a manager you get awhole fresh cooked meal, when we receive ours we receive the warm, and cold veggie rolls, the only thing that makes it Look cooked is the White Rice, cause the noodles were undercooked, the fried rice was stale mixed with old left overs from the bottom of the tray mixing it to the top. They don't notice we stayed for almost 2.3 hrs. Watching them work. Afterwards the couple in which receive 2 hand full of fortune cookies left it on the tray and there them in the trash, young Asian lady, who was cleaning was happy to not even notice, she was picking them out of the trash putting to the side and wiping them off, ewwww! Like we said before they are expensive and cheap, scared about the utensil that are not being used and thrown away. Oh well we take chances, some of them don't comply with CDC Policy, operate a register, do temperature for the food, so 🤷 so who cares anymore 🤷 🤷 🤷 🤷

I was absolutely thrilled to hear about the Burien, WA's Panda Express location having available the new Beyond Original Orange Chicken!!! Waiting months since hearing about Beyond Meats newest partnership with Panda Express, left me super excited and looking forward to trying it. I'm a huge fan of Beyond Meat products and use to love Panda Express before going plant-based. So you can imagine that I was really looking forward to this historical moment. However today after ordering their new plant-based item I must say that I am really disappointed. I'm not sure if I came at a bad time to purchase them but the pieces tasted like they were either overcooked or not fresh whatsoever! The sauce was dried on them and my fork literally couldn't stab through most of them. It tastes like these were left sitting in the warmer for a long time and then microwaved to serve them hot. I paid for a large alicart container and a plate with chow mein with two sides being the Beyond original Orange chicken. I hope Panda Express will get this right because there's already limited amount of options for those who live the life of being vegan or plant-based or even vegetarian. Literally across the street is a vegetarian Pho restaurant that has vegan meats ranging from beef chicken pork and tofu that would beat Panda Express hand over fist! Look at mine compared to what is advertised and what others got with their order.

What incredibly horrible service! My chicken was overcooked and the rangoons were BURNT (see picture). When I asked if I could get a different set of rangoons I was told that no matter if they make them again they will be the same because "it's timed"...and sure enough the new ones were exceedingly brown and tasted burnt on the edge so I just pulled them apart and left those parts. This is the ONLY location I've been to (out of many over the last 10+ years in 4 states) that have had rangoons that look and taste this horrible. Not impressed! After this being the second attempt at good food/service here I WILL NOT be back!!!

Stopping here as a regular customer to get food knowing Jay. For the past years, I have never had an issue until now. You got this weirdo, so she claims to be a manager coming out from Starbucks to the side building of Panda Express her name is KIM screams trying to take a picture of my truck without my permission for something we didn't do bad demanding us to leave. Like, who are you and who hired you as a manager demanding us to leave making false accusations stopping to smoke a cigarette in the corner. You need to be retrained instead of making false verbal accusations on people thinking your accusations were valid and then contacting Jay stating false lies to him over the phone. KIM, you are an example of good customers not returning to this location because u acting like i done something bad screaming and making things up in your tiny brains. I will be contacting corporate on behalf of your behavior. Also, if you are a manager, why don't you have a manager tag on the way Jay would so again? You're just an employee who needs to be retrained how to have customer service.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always been satisfied with the service and food provided, particularly when Jay is working. However, my latest experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of an individual claiming to be a manager named Kim. On my most recent visit, Kim emerged from the Starbucks adjacent to your location on the side building and approached me in a confrontational manner. She began screaming and attempting to take a picture of my vehicle without my permission, citing unfounded accusations. I was shocked and taken aback by her behavior, which was not only unprofessional but also harassing. Kim's actions were completely unwarranted, and I took great offense to her false accusations and verbal abuse. Furthermore, I was dismayed to learn that she had contacted Jay, a manager staff member. I have come to trust and relayed false information about the incident. This not only reflects poorly on Kim but also undermines the trust I have in your establishment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, particularly when I have done nothing wrong. Kim's behavior was a stark contrast to the excellent service I have come to expect from your location. Her actions, including screaming, making false accusations, and attempting to take pictures without permission, are unacceptable and demonstrate a clear lack of customer service skills. I am also concerned that Kim does not appear to have a manager's tag or identification, which raises questions about her authority and legitimacy as a manager. It is imperative that your staff, particularly those in management positions, are properly trained and equipped to handle customer interactions in a professional and respectful manner. I intend to contact your corporate office to report this incident and express my disappointment with the treatment I received. I hope that you will take immediate action to address Kim's behavior and provide her with the necessary training to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to rectify the situation. Kim should be fired as she's not a great fit for Panda Express within her discriminating against me and my partner refusing to have us order food. We will not be regular customers here anymore. The owner of this place needs to see this unacceptable type of behavior Kim claiming she...
