Sunny Teriyaki — Restaurant in Burien

This teriyaki spot is hands down one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care — you can really taste the difference. Everything is cooked perfectly, and the portions are generous. It’s honestly the best teriyaki I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of places.

But it’s not just the food that keeps me coming back — it’s the service, too. The lady who runs the place is incredibly kind and welcoming. She always greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. It’s that kind of genuine hospitality that makes a huge difference.

The Tofu Yakisoba is gross. I normally try to leave upbeat reviews, but there was nothing good about that food. The customer service was good, the wait time was long (I took up my entire lunch hour just driving there and waiting for food, the drive was 10 minutes each way), and the food was terrible. The tofu was hardly cooked, it was like eating a wet sponge. The noodles and vegetables were undercooked and hard. I think the food is not very good, the white rice had no flavor but the worst of all is that they only have 3 bottles of dressing and one of spicy for this restaurant. I sat at a table that did not have sauce and when I asked the waiter for sauce and dressing he told me that on the table in the corner there was a dressing and on another table there was the spicy sauce. He got up to bring me the dressing and the spicy sauce. The worst of all is that they charge you when you order and they ask you for a tip, at least 15%.
