Oh and the chairs were terrible too I forgot to say that the door was hard to open I mean it was Uber hard it wasn't like oh you gotta push on it a little bit no it was very hard to open they gotta fix that shit. It's always a bad sign I was looking at other reviews on this thing and they never respond to any review even a good 1...

Stopped in today to give Toshi’s a try before stopping to do some grocery shopping. Walking in, I was quite surprised by how clean, modern, and well lit the restaurant was; something you don’t usually see at teriyaki restaurants.

The girl behind the counter was super sweet, kind, and professional. I loved that there was no push to upsell in order to make an extra buck or two.

Once the food came, I was surprised by how large the portions were. I expected a tiny bowl of miso soup, like sushi restaurants, but out came a delicious and large bowl. Big fan of it not having seaweed in it and didn’t miss the tiny squares of tofu.

The salad was crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed with the typical slightly tangy mayo dressing. The rice was just slightly chewy, but still hit the spot.

The tofu teriyaki is one of the best I’ve had in the area. Small/Medium cubes with a nice and crisp coating that wasn’t over-fried. The sauce was a perfect compliment to the fried tofu. Not too sweet and not too thick.

All in all - great food, great service, and a...

Let me be crystal teri-clear: This. Is. Not. A. Drill. Whether it's katsu, spicy, or regular—teriyaki shows up.

From the first heavenly hit of that sticky-sweet glaze to the last bite of meat so tender it practically writes you a love poem, every molecule of teriyaki is engineered by the culinary gods themselves. No matter what you order—chicken, pork, beef, or even —it’s like your taste buds got invited to an exclusive VIP party and they’re dancing in slow motion with fireworks and confetti raining down.

🌶️ Craving spicy? Boom—flavor explosion. 🍗 Want it katsu-style? Crunch meets umami in a hug from the universe.

🍱 Just a classic bowl? It still slaps so hard your ancestors taste it.

This isn’t a meal. It’s a full-body spiritual awakening wrapped in rice and...

This place is a little hole in the wall in the same parking lot as Fred Meyer. You almost miss it because the signage is simple and small. The table was a little wobbly, the decor is inspirational "live laugh love" and the music in the dining room is early 2000s pop hits. It's really wholesome and welcoming, if a little outdated and corny. The service is next level friendly. You feel like you've walked into your neighborhood Teriyaki house and would come back for lunch once a week for the next decade. The food is so fresh, expertly prepared, and the portions are generous. I will absolutely return to try the sushi, udon, and beef rib teriyaki.

I tried this Teriyaki place for the first time yesterday. After a morning meeting I had. Went in and ordered the Pork Teriyaki with rice and salad. I'd never seen pork teriyaki offered at a teriyaki place before. Yes beef, chicken, and salmon. So thought I'd give it a try. It was great, cooked perfectly. Not overcooked, it was tender and satisfying. The dressing on the salad was neither to sweet or sour. It was all quite good. Brought home even some left overs, and my husband finished it off. And he is a very picky eater. More so than even my cat. Which she even got a bit of the meat as well. We all Loved it!🍛🍚🍤🍴 I will go back again soon.
