My wife and I arrived right around 8:00 which meant appetizers were half off, yay!! We also ordered several kids meals and we each ordered our own meal as well. My wife had the riblet platter and I had a double crunch shrimp, both of our meals came out in a timely manner and were delicious!! Might I add, my wife's riblets fell off the bone, her mashed potatoes were absolutely spot on and our side of cheesy broccoli, which was delicious as well! They were also able to have our children's food out first which they asked if we would like. I thought this was particularly nice because then our children were able to sit and eat while we waited instead of being fidgety which allowed my wife and I to have a nice time. Our server was extremely friendly and also removed from our bill the games in which our child purchased accidentally via their touch screen thing. All in all, I had a wonderful experience-- the atmosphere was nice, the restrooms are sanitized every half hour, each table and touch screen is also wiped before and after each use, before the customer is sat. During these uncertain times, I feel Applebee's has definitely stepped up its game!❤️

Average wait time for seating. Longer than desirable wait time to take our drink and food order. For iced tea, no sugar or substitute options were offered except a syrup of some sort. Which made the tea taste terrible. Our cups sat empty for awhile and it took 45 minutes in a half filled restaurant due to the recent social distancing plans in place to get our food. The waitress was rude that was servicing our table. The only time she was nice during our visit was when she delivered the check. She tried to hurry and make up for the time she did not spend servicing our table. Hands down the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had. I recommend retraining on service to all that wait on customers for these servers are the face of your company. On the upside, props to the cook. The food was well prepared, warm, and flavorful.

Cozy environment with friendly staff! We were seated right away to our table and I love how they had 1/2 price happy hour!. We ordered the boneless chicken bites with honey pepper sauce. It was decent and I'd say on the sweeter side. My partner ordered the chicken with shrimp and mashed potatoes, and he couldn't finish it because it was too salty and oily for his taste. The riblet plate I couldn't finish since the meat was a bit chewy and too saucy. The fries were ok tho The margaritas (strawberry and passion fruit) were too sweet and I kept diluting it with my water The brownie with ice cream was great! But nothing special to it Maybe it's because we're not accustomed to American food (from Vancouver), so I'd say take the food reviews with a grain of salt lol

We visited this restaurant as a group of 5. With 2 being seniors. Throughout the service our waitress was significantly inattentive. A key ingredient (rice noodle) was missing from the oriental chicken salad and she neglected to inform us prior to ordering. She dropped off the food and I was looking through my salad and noticed it wasn’t correct. Took awhile for her to return and I questioned her about the missing ingredient. She stated she would go and check with the kitchen. I waited several minutes and she came around again to refill waters, she was also supposed to refill Pepsis but she NEVER did after several requests. I had to question her again where the rice noodles were. She said “oh, the kitchen is out. They didn’t tell me until I asked.” Sorry, but the rice noodles are kind of a big item to be missing from an oriental salad. We would likely have ordered something different if we were informed of this. She dropped off our bill and did not apply the senior discount. Then she seemed to disappear into thin air, we asked the hostess MULTIPLE times to please assist us and she stated she couldn’t help and to contact our waitress. Our waitress, after over 10 minutes of waiting and all of us out of our seats needing to leave, returned with a “new” bill. Our $87 bill was reduced to $85 with the senior discount for 2 meals. This was incorrect. When we tried to remind her of the meals that should be reduced she argued with us. We were now waiting way longer than we should have and we all had places to be so we opted to pay the bill and leave no tip. First of all, 2 of us ordered the same salad that was missing a key ingredient and we were offered no discount and second the senior discount for 2 meals should be more than $1 each at a 10% discount. Overall, this left us extremely unsatisfied and we will not be returning to this location. This review will be posted in numerous locations and I will be following up...

They have some things on the menu that are pretty good, safe to say the chicken (so far) and the appetizers are good. I just can't stand ordering a burger and asking for no pink and getting it bloody as hell. This was the brunch burger, the hashbrowns on it were fried to death as well, note this burger also comes with bacon mixed into the patty so doesn't the meat need to be cooked through leaving no blood on the plate? Offering a free dessert to make up for a poorly cooked meal... I don't know, that doesn't seem acceptable either. It's like maybe there should be a policy where if you've been given undercooked ground beef, pork or chicken products then the bar will buy you a shot of tequila to kill the potential bacteria that you've consumed. Plus remake the meal to go (since it takes a long time to receive it in the first place). It's bad when everyone else has eaten and your remade meal is still on the way and then it arrives on a plate like nothing happened. We haven't been to an applebees in about 2 years because the previous quesadilla burger was undercooked too and the wait staff was snotty about how they like their burgers rare like it's not a problem and still charged full price for the meal. NOT EVERYONE IS THE SAME! Apparently restaurants don't care because I still paid full price, still tipped the waitress 20% and still left hungry with places to be. Two years and unfortunately they still...

We just wanted to report, somewhere, the terrible food quality we received yesterday - following the exact order from a week ago - AT THE VERY SAME LOCATION - that was PERFECT a week ago! How does the same place serve the most incredibly different quality of food in a week's time?!? Last week we tried your 2 for $24 deal - curbside pickup - at your Burlington, WA location - it was SO GOOD we decided to repeat the order yesterday... We both got the blackened chicken and shrimp. Where LAST WEEK'S order was cooked to PERFECTION - yesterday was fairly inedible!! The chicken was SO OVERCOOKED AND TOUGH we couldn't cut it with our fork, the shrimp was SO OVERCOOCKED we couldn't even chew them!! Hardened rubber that shrunk half in size they were so overdone! Also, we specifically ordered NO ONIONS/NO MUSHROOMS - both orders had them... ALSO...last week's order (of the most deliciously cooked, plump) shrimp had about 8 pieces - yesterday's order of tiny rubberized shrimp had FOUR shrimp in each order! WHAT ON EARTH KIND OF CONSISTENCY IS THIS?!? We just moved up here and were so excited having you so close - LAST NIGHT WAS S O H O R R I B L E WE ARE NOT PLANNING ON RETURNING - as we need to be able to count on consistency in deciding where our hard-earned money goes...
