Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I guess all good things come to an end. We have lived in West Burlington for about 5 months, and have ordered pizza here several times. The pizza has always been on point, but tonight Domino's dropped the ball.

The 1st order was delivered with one pizza having overcooked crust, with no garlic butter crust. Which is sacrilege lol. The other pizza had hardly any tomato sauce. So, it's fine. I called asking them to fix it. Talked to 2 different people, who both cut me off. Which is why the 2nd order is also wrong.

I never wanted the 2nd pizza toppings changed. I just wanted bacon and pineapple, with bbq sauce, and crust that wasn't burnt. The 2nd pizza should be bacon and pineapple, not...

This place is not it. I ordered 2 boxes of pizza and sent someone to pickup but they gave her 4 boxes. So, naturally, I went back inside to find out if it was a mix-up. Well, that little gal behind the counter said she was the one who took off the ticket and proceeded to check the 4 boxes I had brought back, and was muttering to another dude about the extra 2 being another order. Can you believe she had the nerve to even look annoyed that I came to enquire😡? She didn't even say THANK YOU even though it was her mistake. I would not risk eating here because you never know how many houses your food was delivered to before being brought back by other customers and...

So I ordered a pizza for lunch at work for delivery. When I came out to get it, I didn't see anyone anywhere. So I called them and asked where it was ,they told me that they left it on top of the garbage can by they door. You mean you left my food on top of the garbage can !!! You could have taken it back to the store and called. The manager acted like this was okay. So you mean to tell me if someone doesn't come right away, you just throw their food wherever!! You are disgusting.. Burlington Domino's, you are trash!!! How would you like if you ordered food and they put it on...
