Worst experience ever and when you try and call the restaurant to ask why they don’t answer the phone…. Glad you have a number on both Chick Fil A app & Google.
The experience overall is rough at best with a lot of disconnects. Like having the store listed as closed on every platform and turning off the app when the store was closed.
I feel like the lack of training employees is the highlight of this review that caused me to be so frustrated with this location.

Not sure who designed this building… but it’s very small and the lack of space causes issues with people who just want to order ahead and pick up. The lack of options for pickup compared to other locations is frustrating. Read moreI have been several times for breakfast and dinner. The service has been good and the employees have been friendly. The food has always been fresh and tasty. The first time I went for dinner I found a black hair in my waffle fries. I had got the key lime lemonade on two occasions and the consistency/taste was off on the last time I ordered it. Not very good. Almost every time I ask for condiments when Im ordering my food; I drive off with nothing in the bag. One occasion I had to drive back because I was missing a couple items I had ordered. I understand this is a new restaurant and the new employees are still ironing out some things. Read moreThe nicest people work here!!!! They seem genuinely happy to see you, unlike other fast food places where the service is terrible, the employees are snarky and act like you are imposing on them.
My order has always been correct unlike other places where my order is usually wrong or missing something.
Tonight I had a problem using my Google wallet, there was a line behind me and I was getting frustrated, one of the managers came over and took care of me. I have never had any other place help me out in a jam.
The other fast food places here in Burlington need to come to Chick-fil-A and get training on how to properly run a store and positive customer interaction.
I have been to Chick-fil-A all over the U.S. and they are all the same, they are Happy to see you, courteous, and efficient.
