Absolutely DISGUSTED with the service I received at about 1:45 pm today. The “manager” wasn’t able to help me understand why I could use a digital coupon. I asked for a manager and she said it wouldn’t matter because she didn’t know why I was having issues and unless she could ring the coupon she couldn’t adjust the order. I asked for a manager once again and she proceeded to raise her voice at me. I asked her if this is the Hogan Franchise. She said yes. I reminded her that while she’s disrespecting the customer in a heavy pullover hoody AND NOT A MANAGER UNIFORM, she’d better be mindful that I could be secret shopper, critic, or simply a former ServSafe certified shift manager. McDonald’s needs to get it together! This young lady looked like she literally rolled out of of bed and showed up to work with a hood covering her head!! If she’s a manager why I’d she not at the front of the store running it? Why is she on the first window order taking and taking money instead of in a position where she can see sales and time status? (Not a very flexible spot to be in honey!) More importantly why is a “manager” being nasty to the customer the way she had the nerve to be to me? So yeah I left emptied...
Read moreHorrible service I walked into Macdonald’s and was informed I have to use the kiosk. The kiosk did not allow me to make adjustments to my order so I stood at the cash register waiting to order.
While waiting I was on a FaceTime, the Macdonald’s worker came up to me to take my order and started yelling at me in Spanish. I am not hispanic and expressedni do not speak Spanish.
She then proceeded to accuse me of video recording her. I flipped my phone around and showed her that I am on a FaceTime call.
I asked for her name, she responded she doesn’t have one. I informed her I am calling corporate, her response was go to another Macdonald’s and cancelled my order.
Another family approached me and said her attitude with them was horrible. She refused to take his 9 year old daughters order so he had to physically go inside and use the kiosk for his daughter.
Imagine a person with disabilities, the elderly or someone not tech savvy walking into this establishment rewuesting to order food? Terrible service! I will never return to this location ever.

Read moreVery disappointing staff and food. We did a drive-thru. The lady who took our order did understand and put half oder. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times for her to understand. We ordered the snack wrap spicy one and oreo mc-flurry. There is a short built Mexican lady that works there. She prepared our order and totally messed it up. On the wrap there was no sauce and for Mc-Flurry, she just dumped soft serve ice cream and put the tiniest amount of oreo on top of it, so basically she doesn’t even know how to make Mc-flurry. We drove back to ask them, this time the guy came and said the machine is broken.. wierdly enough he said he will make it again and the Mexican lady started YELLING and did a TOTAL MELTDOWN IN HER LANGUAGE. although we don’t understand their language but it was clear that she was saying it to us. I think the management should take proper action about these issues. Totally waste of money on this mcd.
