When everything goes right with a transaction that is great and what you normally expect, however its when things go wrong you can really tell how a customer is treated and see the values that make up the company. In my case, through no fault of Ness Electronics, UPS did their best to trash the Televes antenna I purchased. It could have been handed off the UPS as a damaged shipment, but instead Michael Ness was quick to respond to the incident and quickly sent me a replacement antenna element for the damaged one. I went in yesterday, looking for a part for my soldering iron. While that part had been discontinued they gave me a really good deal on a new one and I'm super happy with it! (I'm sad to give up my Hakko 936, but the fx-888d is actually pretty great)

The staff was super friendly and diligent! While I was sad that I couldn't browse, the will call approach during the pandemic makes it a very safe place to shop.
