Customer service is zero. I purchased food here couple of times , but the customer service and rudeness was consistent. I always have to wait a long time after the time the representative told me over the Phone when I ordered. I tried to give them several chances thinking it might be different next time, but I always get rude customer service. I called it done today when I had to wait for a long time after the time I was told over the phone. The guy that took the payment does not take time to listen , but assumes what you're saying and has attitude when he's wrong. I handed him my card, but the guy just left my card on the counter. If some of the people standing by took my card I hope he know he will be liable because I handed him the card in his hands, and he never returned it to me but left it on the counter top. After all the rudeness he told me you can have two drinks and I proceeded for the drinks. All of a sudden he came to me saying this is not your food. It was weird because I know chicken sohar I had it before and that's what he had in there when I watch him package it. He then takes the food and handed it to a Somalian person who just showed up. This same time happened before. I said nothing, but I was just waiting to see if he was giving me mine right away. He then packages another chicken sohar food, but this time the quantity was less. Which I could tell what was going on, but I did not care because I didn't want to eat too many calories anyway. The customer service is horrible and I will not return or recommend Nawal Restaurant to a friend. It will be best If the represtative will take time to listen to the customer than to assume what the person is saying, and be simply fair and respectful to...

Worst customer service, didn't care if they sold anything to me. Out of almost everything and then asked do you have anything chicken. Answer No ok np. Then I was looking at there pictures before arriving to me picturessay a little bit. Those pictures do not look anything like the restaurant. I don't know where those taken but the counter is different. They laughed me when I asked about injera even though they have pictures on there websites about it. I will never go back don't like being laughed and yes I know it's an Ethiopian dish but why have reviews and pictures about it if you don't sell it? I will just stick to gryopolis very clean, very friendly staff and great food. That's what I get for trying...
