Seth could took great care of us this evening. I had my usual country fried steak with carrots, mashed potatoes, and garlic toast; everything was wonderful.
5-5-2023. Today, I had the pleasure of dining at the Eat'n Park on Three Springs Drive in Weirton, West Virginia, and had a marvelous dining experience. I was greeted and seated immediately. My server, Angel, quickly took my order and delivered it within 5 minutes of giving it to her. I ordered the $5.99 Smile, a weekday special between 7 and 11 am. Angel checked on me three times during my visit to ensure everything was okay. My Smile Breakfast included scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, 3 slices of bacon, and an English Muffin. I ate every bit of it. The meal was fantastic, and Angel's service was awesome. I recommend this Eat'n Park location and server to family and friends. 9-21-2023. Brittany took great care of my lovely bride and me this evening. We enjoyed dinner at the Weirton Eat'n Park on Three Springs Drive and had a lovely meal. I ordered Country Fried Steak, carrots, and coleslaw with garlic toast. My bride ordered ham steak with apples, cottage cheese, and potato cakes. Both our meals were fantastic. Brittany provided excellent customer service; she quickly greeted us and took our drink order. Once Brittany brought the drinks, she took our Dinner order, and within a few minutes, Brittany delivered it. She even refilled my lovely bride's tea before she could request the refill. Brittany was on the ball! I highly recommend this Eat'n Park and Brittany to family and friends. 9-24-2023. Dakota was our server this evening. My lovely bride and I had dinner at Eat'n Park in Weirton, WV. It is becoming one of our favorite dining establishments since we have been renovating an 80-year-old family house for almost three years. I had the Country Fried Steak and Egg Breakfast with Potato Cakes and an English Muffin. It was fantastic. Betty had a Pot Roast Sandwich with Potato Cakes. She said they were equally delicious. Our server, Dakota, was awesome. She was quick to greet us and take our drink order. Dakota gave us ample time to decide what to eat, took our order accurately, and delivered it quickly. The order was perfectly executed; it was hot and delicious. Dakota checked on us to make sure all was okay. She provided excellent customer service this evening; I recommend Dakota and this Eat'n Park location to family...
Read moreFirst let's start off with the hostess she asked how many in the party we said 9. She proceeded to take the menus and crayons and told us to wait she needed to go get the table ready. No problem considering we were a larger group. SHE NEVER CAME BACK! Finally a manager came and said welcome to Eaten Park how many tonight. We told him an older lady took menus and told us she would be right back he went and found her she was counting how many guest were sitting in her section. We finally get seated which after all that we should of left. Our waitress was obviously not in the mood to be at work that night. You saw her to take your order and when she brought it out. You needed to ask other waitress as they passed by for refills because ours hid in the kitchen. Then comes the BEST part of all I ordered the chicken quesadilla with tater tots and up charged it for cheese sticks I got 12 you can count plain as day 12 tater tots. SERIOUSLY you up charged me for 12 tater totes. You would think my review would end here, but heavens no my nephew needed to use the restroom. No big deal right. IT WAS DESTROY TOILET PAPER AND HUMAN BODY FLUID AND FECAL MATTER EVERYWHERE. Needless to say he didn't make it past opening the door to see the disgusting mess. Not a good visit. I will mention there were groups of teens dressed for a homecoming but you have to keep an eye on...
Read moreI recently stopped by the Eat'n Park in Weirton, WV, and while the service was satisfactory, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered two items: the Whale of a Cod sandwich and the new pierogi dish. The cod was fine — standard fare, nothing special, but at least edible. The pierogies, however, were an absolute disappointment. They were overcooked, the onions were burnt, and sour cream — a staple for any pierogi dish — was completely forgotten. As someone who lives close to Pittsburgh (basically the pierogi capital of the U.S.), I expected far better from a chain that's practically a hometown brand. This fell well below that standard. Yes, I understand it was late in the evening, but with today’s prices for dining out, quality and attention to detail matter more than ever. Poor preparation and missing key ingredients are simply unacceptable, regardless of the hour. Sadly, based on this visit, I won't be rushing back...
