A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Butler Township

We ordered two kids meals…..payed received receipt and after examining receipt I noticed an extra ten cent charge for both drinks ….remember these are kids meals with drinks included. I asked the young lady why is there an extra charge for the drinks?????oh, it is because we don’t have any cups for the kids meals so we are substituting small cups…..Now let me get this straight “A&W did not order in kid meal cups so A&W is charging me for there mess up?????? Why is this the customer responsibility??? Check your receipts. Shame on you!!!! this should be explained to the customer before the order is paid for....

It's a great place to eat. They are just short staffed at the moment. So drivethru is slow. One day they had no Ice. It was a hot day too! But food was delicious, decent prices. Floats are awesome! I still recommend them for a fish and other Seafood treats or Burger and CHILI cheese fries are the best. And their A&W Rootbeer is the best in town. I still yet to try their free Chocolate cake after buying a $10.99 platter. I'm going to hit it up next time before that...

Its not very clean, and they don't always use fresh cooking oil. The shrimp is often like jerky from sitting to long under the hot lamps. The floor is always sticky, too... it's like walking on an inch of spoiled, dry soda pop. The recipes are good, but their sloppy, slip shod manner of cooking it isn't always good. We've had both the best, and the worst, meals there... the problem is that you never know which you'll get on any...
