This was an experience for the books, driving 270 miles pulled off rte.422 lyndora exit in Butler Pa. To a McDonald's to stretch our legs and refuel before hitting the road again. Our attendant for lack of a better word, was charming and poised, thinking how pleasant and nice. Our food came after we were given a placard clearly marked and the food came to the wrong table. After we started unwrapping someone else's food. Fingeringing it all up, I went to a different attendant ( 300 hundred of them running aimlessly around or clumpped together talking and goofing off while i stood at register with my 2 trays of random food! After 5 munutes i interrupted the gaggle of teenagers and behind the line and explained my problem they grabbed the tests and scrambled backbto the group of teenagers standing about. And watched in horror as they passed me by with the trays of food that i just ooened and closed wrappers to a table,of in suspecting customers. It took me 3 seconds to follow this employee a and stop them before the customers were about to eat the food we just touched .stopped them and apologized.explained to them not to eat this food.our food came out 15 minutes later and was thrown at us by the leader of the pack with a sneer! The worst experience I've...
Read moreEdit from one year ago. Drive service is alright, in restaurants dining is garbage. The workers are rude, ordered online for dine in. Had to stand up front for 5 mins to be acknowledged to get my cups. And then was sassed about getting sauce for my order. Do not recommend eating in the physical restaurant. It's a garbage experience that off puts you for another year.
Original review
It's McDonald's. The food is what it is; the service is poor at this location. Fortunately, I do not order here often or ever again. We used the mobile app for the first time and did an inside pick-up order. I was unsure when I went up to the front counter if I had to give an order number to the cashier. The gentleman at the counter initially was polite but didn't seem to understand the question. The girl that walked over named Abby was incredibly rude. She very condescendingly said "it's on your screen" when I attempted to give the order and ask about the mobile order number and she walked away. We eventually did get our order when she called it out. Someone that doesn't do mobile orders or pick ups or any sort could find this confusing and would want to ask questions. Customer service and general politeness should be a core value with...
Read moreDon't stop here for a quick lunch unless you're okay with multiple and consistent inconveniences and always check your order before leaving. I've been going to this location for years, but recently at lunch time they have been making many mistakes on my orders. In the last month I was missing straws multipletimes, missing spoons, failed meet specified edits on two burgers, missing scauces, missing 2 drink, missing apple slices, missing 2 sundaes, failed to add upcharged additions to sundaes that cost $4, no pies available. I won't be going to this location for lunch anymore, I don't have the time on my lunch break to get these fixed so my lunch gets ruined and I pay for things I never got. I can't wait until Chick-fil-A moves in next door, as they seems to be far superior when it comes to speed, convenience, customer service,...
