I ordered my granddaughters 1st birthday cake online and cupcakes from Butler PA Walmart Bakery, they confirmed order, charged me for cake and cupcakes. They even sent messages saying it was ready for pickup. So on Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 5 PM I go to pick it up, they only made the cupcakes. They didn't even make her personal FIRST Birthday cake of Minnie Mouse. The two staff working the bakery said they didn't know anything about it and they normally didn't work there. Worst ever experience!!! Thanks for the disappointment...

Yesterday around noon (dec. 3rd 2024) i stopped in at Butler, PA walmart to ask if i could have cupcakes made while i shopped, i expected a no in return, understandably because it was such a short notice, the woman behind the counter said yes and went above and beyond to make them how i wanted. (I wish i had caught her name, shes younger) this is the second interaction i have had with her and both were great! 💜 she...
