Wendy's — Restaurant in Butler Township

Terrible attitudes and managment lacks ability. Went through drive thru and was shorted a few items. Rather than wait in the line backed up 5 cars AGAIN, I went in and explained what I was shorted. Another customer came in a few mins after me saying he was shorted food also. While waiting 12 mins for a chicken sandwich, I overheard (as did the entire resturant) an employee in the back yelling "they are lieing b/c I put that in the bag, they are such liars, trying to get extra food". Im not sure if she was referring to myself or the other customer, but that's unacceptable! Manager brought my $1 chicken sandwich that I was shorted and I mentioned I had heard the backround chatter and I assured him I could afford the $1 sandwich I was shorted and he said "she wasnt talking about you" and was very nervous not knowing how to handle the situation. I asked him if he thinks it's okay to have employee's screaming from behind the scenes @ paying customers saying they are liars? He looked at me said "sorry" and turned and walked toward the back. I was shocked at how he handled the situation. Poor...

We went there tonight the 12th of Aug. Roughly around 8. The wait time was horrible 10 min wait to order food. Home boy working the forst window was playing on his phone, messing up orders. Got home and the order wasnt even right. We ordered a baconator and got a single burger with bacon on it. 3 lg ffs. Got mediums. And we didnt get a chicken sandwitch. Drove back up and had to wait 20 mins in the drive threw just to tell them the order was wrong. ( doors were locked) from the time I told them the order was wrong. To get it fixed, now having to go to the second window cuz the shut down the first one was another 10 min wait. By this time th ffs were cold. The only sandwitch they got right was cold. They fixes the order , well the 2 sandwitches anyways. It's just horrible wirh the wait time. And home boy playing on his phone while he should have been working and getting the orders right. Home boy didnt have a name tag on so I dont know is name. Really heavy set homie wearing a cross. I could see blonde ( bleached) hair...

We go to Wendy's very often we are a huge fan of the 4 for 4s. We went today and were very unhappy about so much that happened. 1st off the cashier wasnt paying attention to us at all when we were ordering. We had to repeat ourselves many times and come to find out that they messed up my 3 yr old sons order. What's worse is because we didnt wear masks due to issues, But since we didnt we were asked to leav . While getting our drinks my grandma Went up to the cashier to ask for a big bag and she was ignored until finally they got tired of seeing her there and gave her a bag. Than I went up to ask for a cup holder and I stood there while 3 workers knew I was standing there. Than while trying to leave we get told we cant go out the way we were trying to so they made us walk around the whole restaurant just to get out the doors we were trying to leave in the first place.
