So after a year of bringing intoxicated people through this drive-thru without any issues, you guys appoint a manager who has an ego problem and has no understanding of people at 2 in the morning at your own drive-thru? I pulled up with five people in my vehicle with me who wanted McDonald's food. I ordered a 10-piece McNugget because my rider, the one who was paying for the ride because I do Rideshare, wanted me to order something. I ordered two sauces with those nuggets as well. Then my rider also wanted a 10-piece nugget and wanted to hear a list of the sauces, which he read back to us promptly when asked. Well the other people in the car with my rider and I decided to be rowdy when he was reading the list off. So I had to ask him to repeat it. When he started to repeat it they got rowdy again and my main passenger told them to shut the f#@$ up so she could hear the list.
Apparently the manager (Bo Pierce) at that point assumed that we were talking to him and told us we could leave. Turning away a 20 to $50 food order because he felt that he was so important that my passenger must have been talking to him. That she couldn't have possibly been talking to the people that were making it impossible for her to hear him. He didn't care that it was his misunderstanding. He literally touted how he was the manager and that they can reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as his excuse for treating six people like s*.
And he continued to be rude refused to give me his name and didn't care at all that he was being ignorant to all of us in the car.
Congrats McDonalds on shitting on 6 customers all at once tonight! I'm sure Mr. Gorman is going to be ecstatic. Way to ensure repeat business!
Them and I will be filing complaints in other ways too. Because this was totally uncalled for unappreciated and...
Read moreStopped here 06/16/15 in the morning. The drive through girl didn't know what she was doing. I ordered a shake. She took my money, gave me the food, then informed me that I couldn't have a shake because the machine was down. Like she didn't know that before when I ordered? I got my food, started driving, then had to turn around. The eggs were watery & looked like they had sat in a sweaty shoe, she pancakes were soggy soggy, the hash brown was soggy, the biscuit was rubbery, not even the dog would touch the sausage. When I asked for a refund, they tried arguing with me that all of that was supposed to be that way cuz everything was freshly made. I don't know what kind of garbage they eat on a daily basis, but I sure as heck don't eat that crap. The manager ended up ONLY reimbursing me for my food, keeping $3 for the orange juice that tasted like cleaning solution. The fat manager said he couldn't reimburse me for the orange juice cuz I drank some. So in essence, he got stupid cuz I drank 2oz of orange juice. Really wish I never woulda wasted my time even stopping here. It was SICK & DISGUSTING & definitely LACKED QUALITY. WILL NEVER EVER HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Gonna make sure everybody I know hears about this. Keep the $3, fat guy, you just lost...
Read moreAfter arriving at the butte Mc Donald’s drive threw we were rudely greeted with a employee barking “we’re only cash right now can you pay in cash”. Thankfully we had ordered and paid threw Mc Donald’s mobile app and so I tried to let him know it was already paid threw the app and his response was repeating “we’re only cash right now can you pay in cash” after trying to explain again that we had already paid threw the app he very rudely responded with “No you didn’t were only cash right now can you pay with cash.” I have worked customer service many times in my life and this employees rude out bursts were a very poor representation of customer service and also his obvious lack of respect for the buissness he works for. Discussed with his attitude we decided our order wasn’t worth the disrespect we had been shown. My question is how can I confidently say anything positive about our home town McDonalds when this is the treatment we have to look forward to IF we wanted to...
