Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Caldwell

So I have eaten pizza from here since I was a child. But my memories are much different then my experiences now. For years, including before the pandemic, I have gotten pizza from here as an adult. First it was like I remembered but then it has gradually gotten worse. So my first funny feeling with it was noticing that my pizzas were different. Obviously not every pizza is the same but I always ordered the same thing: 2 Extramost bestest pepperoni. Sometimes one was burnt and the other fresh. Ok fair, thats fine, some spend more time in the waiting oven. But hey cheaper pizza is better for the wallet. But I started to do some "research". I noticed that they came together in the same oven rack. Mostly in the middle of the full rack. So surely there has to be little difference right? Same rack because it is the same pizza. Next to each other must mean that they are spending the same time together as suppose to the ones at the very top and bottom right? The same bunch or cooking time right? Well no, they are still different. All this has happened for years even before the pandemic. I even ordered some regular non Extramost bestest pizzas for comparison. And they, more often then not, look like what was advertised for Extramost bestest. So was I getting the wrong pizzas the whole time? Was I getting the one employee that gave me pizza from the wrong rack the whole time? Well no. I came different times, different days, for years and seasons. A new face almost every time. In fact the last month has probably the most consistent employee I have seen. I eat here nearly every 1 or 2 weeks. (I tried different days for my research too). I also noticed that even the box colors are different. Some burnt orange, some light yellow. But no consistency as to what was inside. Burnt boxes sometimes had fresh pizzas, and fresh boxes had burnt pizzas. The pizzas I get are getting worse. Well today is the day the straw broke the camels back, so to say. Does my included picture look like an "ExtraMost Bestest" pizza. (By the way, this is was the better of the two I got today. I cant even remember eating anything of the other.) I went in to get a few pizzas for my household as we were doing yard work. Walked in with my brother and wound up watching the guy cutting pizzas and boxing them look at us 3 times and then box 1 pizza still say nothing as he had in his earbuds and then proceeds to sit on the counter he just cut a pizza on. After about another minute another worker finally walks around the corner (mind you the doors have a bell that rings anytime its opened loud enough to hear anywhere in the store). Took my order after 3 attempts at it. (1 cheese, 7 pepperoni, 4 with crazy crust and then a few sauce cups) that's not too hard to be honest could've been worse and asked for a special pizza. Anyway waited for about 10 minutes and then they just started getting my order together after having helped 2 customers right before boxing any pizzas for my order when they had enough in stock to just give me my order regardless. Wasnt offered to buy bread so I got a free bag. The bread wasnt cooked couldn't bite through it without chewing and knawing. I've worked for little Caesars for 9 months back in 2016 for one of the nampa locations. Never seen any of my coworkers do any of the things that I saw today. And I found out as we were walking out they had 3 workers. I spent 15 minutes on an order that could've taken maybe 2 minutes long and never was told I'd have to wait for my order either. Got home and 2 of the pizzas weren't fully done yet either. Literally doughy crust all around. Very upset by the service and the product. Usually my go to for pizza. But after...

I'd rather not even give one star! I called in my order, was there within 20 minutes, I asked the girl, if the bread sticks were fresh, I asked her how fresh they were, and she's all they're fresh! I get barely out of the parking lot, and I go to have a one, thinking it was fresh, and they were barely Luke warm, and hard! As was my pizza! I get home open my pizza box and there was barely any sauce, or cheese on my pizza, and they both literally looked, and tasted like they'd been sitting for a couple of hours, when I ordered a sausage extra most bestes pizza, and they don't make those, like they do the pepperoni ones, unless they're preordered, supposedly, well if I could post a picture of it I would! I lost my appetite as soon as I seen the pizza! I had called the store back, and spoke with the same girl, who lied to me, and said everything was fresh, and told her I'd just left the store, and had asked for fresh bread sticks, and they weren't, and if they could credit me for the next time I came in? She got snotty with me, and told me I had to bring the food back in with my receipt, the same day! I told her I wasn't given a receipt, and that I was almost home, and wasn't coming right back in there, when it was her, that lied to me, and said they were fresh, and why should I have to battle horrific traffic again, and waste my fuel, and she's all well that's our policy!
