Burger King — Restaurant in Calera

Food was fresh but the service was as if we had inconvenienced someone and made well aware of it. If u don’t like ur job or ppl or service for that matter, maybe pick another profession. When the customer has to greet the worker and u get stared at like ur from another planet, u understand ur business is not wanted. When u ask for more ketchup and ur told bluntly “it’s on there” and u say “I know but can I have more” and once again ur looked at as if ur intruding, why patronize a place and give them ur money or ur time? Ppl r straight miserable and need u to know it and be completely ok with their treatment of u. We finished our meal and I went to the counter to get an ice cream, and two workers looked right at me and didn’t give a rip if I was there as a customer or not. A lady came in behind me after we stood for a while and she asked me if I had given my order yet and I said “no ma’am.” They we’re all just looking at us. Finally a man came from the drive thru area and the lady behind me opened up a fish sandwich she got in the drive thru that was burnt like cardboard and she asked if she could have another one. The actual look on this man’s face was completely disinterest. Total complete disinterest. They then went on the have an open conversation about the fish sandwich and the woman wanting a new one in front of her. Honestly, just pass this one by friends. They don’t need nor do they want...

Today, October 28, 2021, I called and asked if they were on Urber because lately even though restaurants posted on Urber come back cancel because their not their anymore. I called today at 1:58pm central time and ask the young lady there and She tells me to call Urber. I ask you mean to tell me you don’t know if your own Uber or not and she saids No Ma’am and hangs up in my face. I give her -10 in Customer Service and needs to go back and be retrained. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. I will not be ordering from Burger King.

I ordered my food through the drive through and they were fairly fast. I order the Bacon Cheese burgers for a $1.00 and I got the $3.99 - 2 whopper junior special with one fry and one onion rings. I just love that onion ring sauce. It’s sooo good. You must try it.

Also, I got the Strawberry Lemonade Freeze (5 Stars) and I tell you it’s nothing like sipping on a nice cold drink when it’s hot outside and your driving on the freeway in traffic. You are the envy of others because they wish they had something good and cold to drink too! 😊

Items on posted menu "not avaliable anymore". No receipt was provided (terminal not working), credit card terminal was not working so "Cash only". I was served my food without my drink and when I asked for it team member Ceecee spoke very rudely to me. As I waited for my drink, she continued to argue with me about asking for the drink I payed for and my receipt (which I never got) While I ate my sub-standard at best whopper jr. I was talking to some other diners in the restaurant when she asked me to leave for "harassing her customers". I will not be returning to this location and will share my horrible experience with everyone I know. I don't think Ceecee likes her job and she is running off your customers.
