Worst fast food experience I have ever had. I brought my family of 9 to this McDonalds for a quick brunch. We were on a trip home from Florida and were driving to Ohio. That is a 14 hour drive. We arrived at about 10:30 after driving for 4 hours. When we got inside there were 2 other people and they already had their food. I knew from right when we started to order that this McDonalds wasn't going to be good. When we started ordering the cashier didn't even give us a a hello and/or a smile. (I know that's not a necessity but It would be a nice gesture.) The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and was very slow at taking orders. It took about 15 minutes to get our food which is a very long time considering that you're re-cooking pre-cooked food. When we got our food, everything was wrong. First of all, the receipt didn't have half of what we ordered on it, and many items were completely wrong or missing. Only half of my family got what they actually ordered. We took our food back up to the counter and told the employees that the order was wrong. They were VERY rude. Finally we got them to remake our food but they insisted that one of my kids never ordered even though I know for sure she did. Long story short my daughter didn't get her meal and had to share with other people. By now, there was a long line so we couldn't order her more food if we wanted to make it home on time. When we started eating we realized that a lot of the stuff that was supposed to be on our food weren't there. I didn't have cheese on my sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin, my husband didn't have cheese on his cheeseburger, my other daughter didn't have any ketchup or mustard on her cheeseburger, there wasn't any icing or cinnamon on my sons Cinnamelts. At this point we were to mad to go ask for those things to be fixed. We ate and left but by then it had been an hour since we got there. yes an HOUR. McDonalds is known for being a quick and convenient place to eat and get back on the road. I admit with a family of 9, McDonalds will never get your order exactly right and it might take a while but this was just ridiculous. DO NOT go to this McDonalds. If I were the manager I would fire everyone on that shift. It was whoever was on that shift about an hour ago on the day I posted this. Please make changes. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again and I do not recommend that anyone come to this location. (Side note: there was a sign in the women's restroom said not to put toilet paper...
Read moreWent through the drive thru to pick up my order said it at the speaker and when I got to the window they couldn’t find our order I’m guessing they served it on the screen without making it and forgot all about it but it was just all confusing. It was pretty frustrating. I ordered at 6:19pm and finally got our order at 7pm wait time kinda crazy and the food wasn’t even worth it wasn’t even that good. I wish I could go in there and show them how to pull up the receipts of past orders for drive thru because it’s not that hard. I don’t know why people were looking around when they could have just pull it up on the serving screen or the back register. I used to work at McDonald’s I was trying to give them a chance of maybe they’re short staff but nope it looked like they got enough working in there. They just need to stop rushing orders out a calm down and maybe they’ll get everything in order. They need to be more strict with the employees so everything won’t be as chaotic. Read moreThe lady at the register (Sue) did not greet me nor smile. She was rude and sour and never smiled once. It took her an extreme amount of time to enter my daughter’s happy meal order, and acted like she could not enter my order the way I ordered it, even though every other McDonald’s I have ever been to has never had a problem. Every person ahead of me had an issue with their order, and we were no exception. Our order was incorrect. I gave the 2nd star solely because the nice Latina manager (whose name was not visible) quickly corrected every problem the register lady created. I found every tea dispenser full of sweet tea, despite one of them labeled unsweet, and when I asked Sue to find me some UNSWEET tea, she said she wasn’t in charge of the tea dispensers and just stared at me. I had to ask her to find some behind the counter as she did nothing to offer to find a solution. Sue also told the guy behind me in line in response to a question he had about the food, “Well, I don’t eat here... just being honest.” The booth seats are falling apart, the floor is dirty, and Sue is plain rude.
