I'm saddened to have to leave this review because I frequent this location, and I absolutely love the food here! The drive thru employees are extremely kind and professional! However, I have been experiencing a reduction in my food portions. If we have to pay extra for Walnut shrimp a la carte, then we should DEFINITELY receive the full amount. This has unfortunately happened many times hence my review. I was hoping that it was a mistake that would be resolved, so I didn't complain to anyone until Saturday when it happened yet again. I called the store, and spoke to the manager WILLIAM, who apologized, offered me a free medium a la carte walnut shrimp, and asked me to come back with the improperly portioned a la carte walnut shrimp, and ask for him in the drivethru, so that he could see how I was shorted because he wanted to bring the issue to the general manager's attention in an attempt to find a solution to prevent this from happening in the future. I complied, left my home, and went back through the drivethru only for 2 male employees to hand me the free a la carte walnut shrimp, and tell me that William didn't need to talk to me or see the shrimp that I had brought with me per his request. I appreciate the FREE a la carte shrimp, HOWEVER...the entire point of my return to the restaurant wasn't to get anything free as I had clearly stated to him on our phone call. I simply wanted the problem to be resolved, so that I can continue my patronage at this location. I was very disappointed to see that the same concern and eagerness for a solution that he conveyed on the phone call was not conveyed by him in person. I am hoping that this review will be read by the right person at the right time, and motivate someone to rectify the issue, so that future business is established...

I was here on this occasion as a food delivery driver. I had to come back twice because they messed the order up. He advising ordered 3 times, but the 1st time it was wrong, he the it away and ordered again because he didn't want to complain. He ordered 24 potstickers and they sent him a small plate of chicken & rice. On his 2nd order(still the 24 potstickers) They sent him 6. I called and told them what happened and they kindly said to come back & they will fix it. Although it cost extra time from my day, which resulted in lost money, they were very friendly about it and very apologetic, which for me goes a long way. Although I'm not sure how 24 potstickers turned into chicken & rice then into only 6, but the way they handled the situation made up for it. Unfortunately, they are like many other establishments, they lock the lobby so you never know if you can go inside or drive thru only, which is aggravating, especially for delivery drivers. 1 order we can go inside to pick up then literally an hour later the lobby is locked. Now, my opinion on them as a customer: the food is always fresh, especially since covid & they're making smaller batches. This is the ONLY place I will eat lo mein. Theirs is so good! The only complaint I have is it is a little too greasy. My favorite entree's are the walnut shrimp and the orange chicken. The staff is...

I don’t even have the time to describe how horrible this experience was, I usually don’t write reviews but I am overly infuriated with this location. We love panda and on a 9 hour trip home we decided to stop and have a break at this location, this is also my daughters favorite and it’s her birthday. I didn’t dare to try the grilled chicken because every piece of chicken in the fully stocked container was black, my husband however went for it and as nasty as it looked it also tasted. The sauce was also so burnt and old the employee had to scrape it off the container and shake the serving spoon to get it on the chicken, which as you already know tasted horrible. The rice was so hard I couldn’t eat it, both my entres were over cooked and dry as well as my husbands. My daughter wouldn’t even touch it. On top of all that we tried two different pops that were both out. This location definitely will not be a returned...
