Bad experience with customer service and quality has been getting worse. I went to ChickFilA a few weeks ago on a late night and got multiple orders of food. I absolutely should have checked the bag before I left but I decided to trust this location and went home. At home, I realized they forgot to put in an order of nuggets and all the sauces we asked for. I had to drive back and went through the drive through and said my order wasn’t complete. I was told to park and get off to speak to someone at the front of the store. I chose the drive through the first time for its convenience. I don’t understand why they couldn’t remedy the issue through the drive through. I got off and was coldly greeted by Ania. She asked me what we needed and I said I didn’t get my complete order. Mind you, my entire order was completely cold by this point but I couldn’t leave anything at home or they would’ve assumed I was lying about the missing items. They looked through all of the bags we had and she left without a word to get the nuggets and sauces. She didn’t address the issue nor had anything to say when she handed me the nuggets. All of the sandwiches and fries and nuggets were cold by the time the entire ordeal was over.
Not surprised this happened. The quality at this location has been getting worse. Every time I order a sandwich without ingredients, they’re always left on even after I emphasize what I want on them.

Previously couple weeks ago purchased $40+ close to closing, get food hm 10mins from restaurant. Fries soggy like the were 1/2 cooked, bread on all sandwiches tasted old. Family Whole meal a waste, I emailed customer service, never heard anything from management. I asked for a replacement or refund. Now gave them another try this week $45-50 order. At curbside this young guy comes to my car with my recipient printed and basically said what I request they don't do ..in a rude way like my order irritated him!, i said what u meant? He hit the reciept, pointed & said all this! l asked for light well fries and mac n cheese well? Ok u don't do it fine , I never had issues before, I told i did that because last time they were not done! Read moreI rarely eat fast food but decided to this day and didn't want to sit in the drive-thru so opted to dine in. As I stood inline a employee came out with this large, VERY LOUD cleaning or vacuum machine. He was pushing it around where you stand in line to order. As I tried to order I had to practically yell and I could barely hear her. Found a table and now this employee was pushing this thing around the dining area where people are eating. I'm pretty disgusted as the food and cashier were good but this whole loud machine being pushed around while people are eating food was not my idea of a pleasant dining experience. Don't get me wrong. The restaurant was spotless but there could be a better way or time to do this. Will not go back as I don't know what could of been pushed around while I was eating.
