I just got food at this location, and placed my order at 12:25AM. There was already a confusion with my order at the order speaker/box, the server lady asked me if I wanted ketchup in my burger, which I politely declined and asked if there was in-n-out sauce instead. She corrected herself and said that she meant to ask about onions, which I politely asked for grilled onions. She then asked me if I wanted my order “here or in the car.” This is where the misunderstanding took place. I was genuinely confused and said in the car, believing that this was the to-go, in-a-bag method that I’d be receiving my food. I get to the food-serving window and was given my food in a box. I asked her if they stopped doing bags, in which she rudely tells me that she asked me if I wanted it to go. Still confused, I told her I said to-go, because I thought in the car was to-go… I also was still saying my please’s and thank you’s all throughout our interaction. I understand if employees are tired, they have other things going on, but I also had a rough day myself, and was hoping to happily eat my burger and animal fries. Turns out my day was rougher than I expected cause the interaction made me cry on the way home. Believe it, don’t, whatever. Just please don’t be rude to other customers. Unfortunately, I will be visiting...
Read moreNearing the end of our thanksgiving vacation my sister and I decided to stop at a hometown favorite......In-N-out burger to grab a quick bite to eat. However upon getting our food we waited in line patiently behind a green vehicle sitting to the side of IHOP starting their overflow line. After the green vehicle in front of us pulled up to join the regular drive thru line we continued to wait as the start of the overflow line. In the midst of waiting another car pulled in front of us and the drive thru assistance blatantly disregarded my sister and I as well as the other 15-20 cars behind us. It wasn't until after practically yelling at the assistant that she decided to call her manager to rectify the situation. Once the manager emerged he first approached his employee and then the vehicle that pulled in front of us. Not once did the manager approach our vehicle with an apology or better service. In fact we had to bring it to his attention that we felt really disregarded after approaching the window and THEN HE OFFERED AN APOLOGY. I don't feel they deserved to be rated they don't even chart with me now....
Read moreThe food was good as always. My problem is with the staff.i went through the drive thru and made my order. I was a few cents (about 15 cents) short when I pulled up to the window and asked the young lady who read off my order and total to change my shake back to a drink, relayed this over her radio and changed my total for me. I still barely had enough for this total. A young man came up behind her and very rudely told her to " stop reading off their orders. Seriously, stop" it made me feel very uncomfortable. More so than not having enough money for my initial order. I apologized to the young lady and pulled to the next window and the young man at this window, who I couldn't tell if was the same guy or not, was very rude to me and did not hand me a place mat as I was eating in my car, did not offer ketchup or anything else and did not say hello or have a good day or anything. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience and has given me some doubt as to if I will be returning to this location...
