Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in California

Oh Nick, how I will remember your unique way of saying you're burnt out and just don't have any interest in putting any effort into customer service! I have been going to this location off and on for decades, and it has really hit rock bottom. Nick was very decisive when telling me his visual estimate of 4oz of chicken was less than he scooped and made sure to put back that extra - not a couple pieces but instead a small handful. Other portion sizes were similarly skimpy. I've been told in the past to just ask for more if I felt it wasn't enough, but Nick just wasn't having it since it appeared to be a burden doing what little he had already done. Luckily for me, there is another Chipotle a short distance away that I can turn to.

The reason the atmosphere was rated low is the high volume of homeless people who come in to get free cups for soda. There seem to be quite a few camping out front as well.

Edit: Submitted survey and received what appears to be a generic scripted apology and vague promise of internal follow-up while pivoting into marketing promotions. Overall, it lacked accountability, personalization, and meaningful action, making it a meaningless response to my concern.

Edit 2: I responded regarding their lack of accountability and was offered a free soda within the next 30 days as an appeasement as if I had won the lottery. The worst place I ever visit , my first experience with this chipotle location will be last . The place is hell dirty , and the employees are evil . They are very mean and rude , especially the manager named Molisa OMG 😡😡 , I really don’t understand how she promoted to a manager position with the bad and unprofessional attitude she got. I went there like any other customer , and try to place order , but unfortunately she made a mess out of my order plus very poor skills in communication with customers. She thinks that she is professional, but no she got the damn bad attitude plus yelling at elderly. Why can’t she understand that she will get to that age ? Instead of yelling and make no mess out of orders , she can spend some of her damn energy on cleaning the damn restaurant which is hell of dirty , but NO😡😡 she is only good at yelling , another point that she didn’t wear gloves while making my order which turned me so frustrated that is why I left and also I tried to contact Chipotle customers service which actually I did , but unfortunately no one picked up the phone , but I left a voice to the higher authorities of Chipotle. Molisa , remember that one day you will get old and I wish someone will damb you at elderly facility , and all the employees of that facility will yell at you 😡😡. The customer service and food here sucks depending on who’s taking my order. I am respectful to customer service people. The female waiting on me acted like she didn’t understand English and didn’t want to give me what I was asking for. All I asked for was “tomatoes off the top” so my tacos weren’t soggy by the time I got somewhere to eat. She made my tacos sloppy and too big. They didn’t taste right. It’s really disgusting for Afro melinated women to spend our money and be treated horribly. However, how you treat us is how you will be treated at some point. I love karma. I don’t go here anymore. It’s not fair because I live nearby. I’ve had to stop going to places often due to bad customer service and I’m really not that picky. And I’m polite. I cook more now but I don’t always want to or feel like it. It seems like the younger people are, the worse their customer service is and it shouldn’t be that way.
