Sorry this is a long one but I need to share what an enraging experience this was.
If you come to this Chick fil A you know that the drive thru lane gets backed up into the parking lot. In which the through street is blocked off on the end because it causes traffic from people trying to go past the drive thru to get to the other side. But this time it wasn’t blocked off. I was patiently waiting in line when this truck was exiting the main Chik fil A parking area to get in front of me to cut through, which I gladly made room for. There wasn’t enough room for them to fit. But they tried anyway, resulting in both ways being blocked causing traffic. There were still people waiting in line in front of me so at this point no one as going till the l drive thru line moved. I sat there waiting for the truck to squeeze through in front of me after the line started moving forward. But the truck just wouldn’t pull forward and I was now causing a hold up so I slowly started rolling forward.
Then an older male employee came out and stopped me to let the truck go through. The employee then proceeded to make faces at me and point at a sign that read to not cause traffic. Which I knew was there, I was trying not to cause traffic but the person driving the truck just didn’t get the memo. The employee was accusing me of causing the blockage and unprofessionally made gestures and faces at me to make me feel stupid or something. When the truck was literally in the middle of the road causing all of it.
I’m not mad that the employee wrongly accused me of causing traffic. I’m mad that this employee unprofessionally handled the situation with a condescending and unnecessary behavior. Like a child. Something needs to be done about that. Don’t get me wrong every other employee was so respectful, but this old man just had a disgusting attitude. Read moreTLDR: Order Inaccuracy! I was missing a spicy chicken sandwich when I placed a curbside takeout order with the entire order listed on the receipt.
I've been a regular here for at least a year because the food is quite delicious and I used to think the order accuracy would be perfect every time (like In n Out which still hasn't disappointed me) with the amount of staff available and the usual supreme service I've received but my visit today was utterly disappointing. I usually order curbside takeout and order through the app with no issues. My order would be brought to me with everything correct.
But today, I was expecting the usual order accuracy and placed an order before I had to head to work so when I received it, I didn't bother to check the bags since this location had never wronged me before. Oh boy, I ended up being an hour late to work because they forgot an ENTIRE spicy chicken SANDWICH!! It was extremely inconvenient for me to drive there twice during the busy lunch hours and I shouldn't have to constantly double check my order when it isn't my job to do so?? Everything is listed on the receipt so I don't understand why it's so difficult to confirm order accuracy before handing the order over to the customer. The app literally has no convenient way to contact corporate to report order inaccuracy and it suggests you call the restaurant for a refund. So either way, I had to make a phone call or drive back to the restaurant for my missing sandwich, which I ended up doing, and they made the sandwich quickly and apologized but that was it. No compensation for their mistake unlike some places that have provided a gift card, free food/soda, or best of all, better policies and training for employees to assist customers.

Read moreokay like it says at the top my name isMr Manny m a n n i n g I hadn't been to Chick-fil-A for quite a while a friend was riding with me and I told him that let's try Chick-fil-A and see how you like it have you ever been there he said no so when we went in we took our time the line was a little long but when we got to the young lady who was serving us I could kind of tell she was a little tired or something that's okay I took my time and told her I wasn't real friendly with the menu but cuz she walk us through some of the best things that they had and she did and made my day oh man it made my day and she was very kind after she we took our order I told her here this is it for you it was a small tip and she took it and she was pleased it made her feel a little bit better and when I went to the next lady she did the same thing and I forgot to give her a tip but I didn't forget to give her a tip cuz I was still on a high from giving the first young lady a tip it made me feel good so when I got to the third young lady I told her she was Jolly she was waiting for us she had her food ready in the bag when we pulled up from the first young lady and then I told her hi how you doing it was very easy to talk to her I said she gave me my food and I gave her a tip if she was like Wow and I said give this to the young lady behind you and she said she would it made me feel good I had won a couple hundred dollars from some other sources and I feel gratitude for people who are serving me my food that is that and that is all thank you Chick-fil-A one of your favorite customers I'll try to get...
